Cannot fault this place at all! We booked a dorm room each but due to tiny price difference, upgraded to private room on arrival. Lovely little hut, private bathroom with hot water, great views of the river and very peaceful atmosphere. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Pai! 10/10 

Excellent place, lovely accom, great staff 

I spent 4 nights in this beautiful piece of paradise and I've found it simply perfect. The place is a bit outside the center but achievable in 10/15 easy walking. Sweet-sour Breakfast included with fruits, eggs, sausages and bred. Delicious. The owner is nice and kind, room was clean and silence. Bed was a bit hard but nothing different from what I found here in Thailand in general so no problem at all. Maybe the only 'bad' thing is the shower pressure water that wasn't so strong, but not a big deal. Entire satisfied.

Stayed there 3 days more than I planned I enjoyed every moment of it.
The host was very friendly and welcoming and was always happy to assist and advise me.
The breakfast was very fresh and tasty the place was really clean

Nice hotel with great view and most importantly the best land loard

We wanted to get out of Chiang Mai and see more of the mountains of northern Thailand. We booked a one way ride with what turned out to be one of MANY bussing companies to Pai. This accommodation was about a half mile walk out of town, but nothing that couldn't be done on foot on a regular bases. Once we were settled, we rented mopeds for the time we were in Pai and actually rode them back to Chiang Mai and sent our bags with one of the bussing companies. This hotel was great. We had a private room (television [limited options], large clean bathroom, and comfortable beds). Every room was an individual building with a seating area outside. The breakfast was great and the owner did was very diligent frequently checking in to see if we needed anything. They also did laundry which was nice to not have to go haul it into town. There was plenty of outdoor seating and other people around to chat about things to do.

Trying to get off the beaten

Amazing place - very peaceful, safe, and within walking distance (or a very quick scooter ride) to walking street. The room and bathroom were clean and breakfast was delicious! The owner was very friendly, available, had great recommendations, and was clearly invested in the happiness and safety of those staying at the resort! Can't wait to come back!

Exactly What We Wanted

I stayed here for 3 nights in the mixed dorms and it was a nice experience. 

The staff are very very friendly, the rooms were clean, WIFI worked perfectly, the hamacs are great! 

It is a nice and quiet place to be, fully recommended

Great choice

Initially booked a week here and was so nice stayed an extra 5 nights! 
Double room was very clean and comfortable. Came with a tasty breakfast of Fresh fruit, toast,eggs and sausage included in the price.
The Location is ideal as was only 5/10 minute walk from "walking Street" but very quiet at night! 
The thing that really made us not want to leave however was the host Mr Jan and his family, They really are the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble! 
He also has 3 beautiful dogs that were so friendly! Couldn't recommend you stay anywhere else in Pai

Best host ever!!

This is one of the best places I have stayed in Thailand. Booked a double room which was clean and comfortable, originally we booked for a week and ended up extending an extra 5 nights. Typical for Pai but also because the owner and his family were so welcoming and friendly!! Free breakfast was included and remembered every morning what we wanted. The outside social area is perfect for chilled evenings and everyone is quiet at 23:00. It’s location is great, 10 minute walk to the walking street! We will definitely be back here!

Best place to stay!!

I stayed here for 6 nights and I'm really happy I picked this guesthouse. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very clean. I couldn't believe we got a big breakfast included with our room, free water each day and extremely fast Wi-Fi that allowed me to work and even make my money back from the trip. 

The place is just a 10-minute walk to the night market and safe to walk all hours of the day and night.

They rooms are small but most places are in Pai. 

Highly recommended!
