Nice clean room with a great view. The bathtub on the balcony adds to the experience.

The bad news:
- No fire alarm in the ceiling. Not cool. 

- The staff lied about malaria. When asked, they told me there was no malaria in the area, but I knew two girls had been infected while staying there, and I just tried to have a conversation about it with the staff.

I don't understand why they would lie about that. Its not like we were going to cancel our stay, its just about taking precautions. 

Nice room with a great view, but...

Beautiful staff and lovely room

I surprised my partner to our anniversary and asked the staff to make it special with flowers with breakfast. They were absolutely lovely and prepared everything with so much love

The hotel is located outside about 5/10 minute bike ride out of the town and the hotel even provided free transport on a motorbike with a cart. I loved it! The hotel is on a big hill though but we rented a motorbike so the hill didn't affect us and when we were at the top the views were just crazy! Some of the best views iv seen throughout my trip. The hotel staff were really helpful and pleasant. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and the food was really nice. There is a small pool which looked like it doesnt get much sun as its covered due to the amount of trees in the location. Didn't actually use it so unable to comment anymore.

Me and my partner stayed here and we had bungalow H6 and it was everything we could of asked for and more. We had a lizard in our bathroom on arrival which I called sir issac Newt-ton which was accepted. For someone coming from the UK I expect to see bugs etc in places where there is so much trees and nature surrounding it. Expect it and if they aren't there then you'll be surprised but if they are there then you won't be disappointed as you expected them :D 

Great time! Would definitely revisit

Maybe tourists like it, but as a longterm resident of Thailand with a Thai wife, we found the place overpriced and shabby. The view is great, but that's all. And the price is quite expensive for what you get, which is some place in dire need of a huge make over. The place looks absolutely nothing like the photos. On top of everything, there was no water at 8am and our car is now infested with big black ants from the car pack. Do yourself a favor and choose from the many other places in Pai.

Shabby and overpriced

We booked this hotel from the nice pictures and description. It turned out to be a lot different, bad service in the reception and very rude staff.
The room was so dirty and stinky, the toilet was literally a hole in the ground, with hole in the roof. 
I would Not recommend BOOKING! this hotel for this price, you can get much better for 150bath per night!

During COVID situation did not help to move the reservation or refund the booking.
even we explain the situation in chiang mai the avoided replying to our messages

I’ll start by saying we’re really not the type of people to complain...

We arrived full of excitement as we had treated ourselves to 2 nights, the most expensive of our trip, and at first were blown away by the views in the distance (the views close up, however, left a bit more to be desired - ruining what otherwise was a breathtaking vista). The hotel is a little old fashioned and the amenities have seen better days and the WiFi barely functioned. The bedroom itself was okay, very basic and somewhat underwhelming. However the shock came in our bathroom which was infested with what must have been thousands of ants. We promptly told reception and they sent a staff member up to spray the room (for about 10 mins). What followed was all of the ants dead in the bathroom - in the bath, on the floor, in the sink - and no staff member returned to clean this up. We had to clean on no less than 4 occasions all of the dead ants that continued to fall from the ceiling (they must have been in the roof). To add to this the room continued to be contaminated by the stench of bug spray throughout our whole trip. This whole encounter made us seriously question the cleanliness of the place as a whole - how had they not seen the state of the infestation if they had cleaned the room in the last day? We couldn’t return to the bathroom without wearing flip flops.

The positives (the view, a free shuttle service to and from town, and a breakfast delivered to the room) were unfortunately massively outweighed by the negatives mentioned above - maybe we were just unlucky. Regardless this place seemed hugely overpriced as it was the worst place we’ve stayed in during a month in Thailand and the most expensive by some distance.

Disappointing and overpriced

We drove from Chiang Mai to Pai through the windy but picturesque countryside, a great road trip. Had trouble locating our accommodation as signage not the best, but eventually after about half an hour we finally discovered it (having driven past it the very first time!)  I was pleasantly delighted as we arrived, beautiful large pool surrounded by tropical plants and I noticed some villas high up and hoped we would be staying there - yes, we were.  The view was just gorgeous especially if you caught the sun going down. Breakfast was good and they bring it to your bungalow, unfortunately the coffee cools down a bit too quickly. We enjoyed our villa very much. They do have a shuttle service which takes you into the town - not sure about bringing you back. We were fortunate that we had our own vehicle as it's quite a walk into the town and I really wouldn't want to walk home in the evening after a meal. Beers are available from reception if you want to relax on the balcony spa. Great spot, really enjoyed our time here.

Stunning View Over Mountains

+ absolutely stunning view, make sure to be on your balcony for a sundowner 
+ the entire area has such an amazing jungle vibe 
+ breakfast in bed is genius We only booked one night as part of the mae hong son loop and definiteky regret not having planned more time in Pai. The city is great to meet people and this accommodation just rocks

- toilet smelled like bad pipes
- no mosquito net doors 
- hot water in the shower was empty after one of us showered (glad it was me...)

Stunning view and great location

The rooms have a huge balcony with an unforgettable view. A tasty, abundant breakfast is served right in the room (in the evening the menu and you indicate the time). In the rooms there is a jacuzzi on the balcony, in the rest of the rooms there are hamakkas. The only drawback is that the hotel is located far enough from the center and on the mountain.
