Pai Country Hut

Like Glamping! Huts with a bed, mosquito net, toilet, shower, hammock and porch. 
Basic but beautiful, looking over a grassy garden, very good location two minutes from walking street, near the river. 
Breakfast included was toast with jam and fruit, so we would go out for a second breakfast.
Only downside was that our hut backed onto a road where tipsy tourists would walk past loudly at the end of the night. 
Overall would recommend if you’re happy with basic facilities in a beautiful place.

Serene country huts near the river

We stayed for 3 nights, location was fantastic price was decent and it came with breakfast which is nice, but bed was hard and freezing at night time. However having a bike hire in the grounds was much help

Nice room and balcony, but very cold at night

Stayed 2 nights at Country Hut. Location is great. Short 2 minute walk across a bamboo bridge to the downtown area of Pai. Bed was good, no problem with bugs but they had a great mosquito net over the bed. Private bathroom was good. Had a small hot water heater for the shower. Front porch with hammock was nice to sit and relax on. I actually left one of my IPhone's on the bed and didn't realize it until I was back in Chiang Mai. I was leaving Chiang Mai soon so my hotel in CM contacted Country Hut. They found my phone and sent it out the next day. I received it later in the day. Thank you so much for helping me get my phone back and thank the workers who found it. I would stay at Pai Country Hut again.

Great Stay

Pai Country Hut was the perfect place to finish our Mae Hong Son loop adventure. The rooms are really nice wooden huts which give out jungle vibes and are just a great place to relax. Ours had a private bathroom at the back which was great and all of them have seating outside the front plus a hammock to chill in. This was so relaxing that we spent most of our time in Pai just chilling out here.
Breakfast is simple toast with some spread and a bunch of fruit, coffee and tea which is perfect to start your day with. 
The location is great in our opinion. Since it's on the other side of the river to the main part of town it's much much quieter and it's only a couple minutes walk to be in the hustle and bustle of the town. We highly recommended staying here if you're coming to Pai! 

Little paradise in Pai 

Very friendly manager at the reception. 
Nice huts (very much as described on the booking site); within easy reach of the main walking street and its nice atmosphere. This a hut, thus there is a chance one will encounter some friendly bugs; not enough to detract from the pleasure of staying in such a lovely environment.
Simple yet OK breakfast, with fruits and toasts (coffee / tea).
Overall, we had a lovely stay! RECOMMENDED



Nice Stay !

Beautiful, clean huts. Has a mozzie net and bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it is free and has some good fruit. Good location, across the river from the main road and quiet. The only gripe is some loud announcements over the loudspeaker (I think this was across the town?) at around 7am.

Beautiful

Just across the river from Walking Street. A peaceful oasis just steps from all the hustle and bustle. Once across the wooden bridge, you’ll be in another world. Though there is no AC, there’s an overhead fan and a mosquito net over the bed if needed. Highly recommend this peaceful place.

Quiet tranquil location 

We spent two nights here. Our bungalow was equipped with a private bathroom, everything was clean. The bungalows are very simple: a bed with mosquito net, a nightclub otherwise not much space. Yet we find the price-performance ratio very good point to welcome. We found two bottles of water, and in the bathroom there was shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was very simple, but you could eat too much fruit and toast as you wanted. Point of coffee was brush coffee, but there was also fresh tea. This gave the ambiance of the bungalows and the breakfast place (in the dining room) is very nice. You go about five minutes to Walking Street, the rest is far enough. For the singers to get away from the hustle anytime, we could not really get out of the hotel again.

Simple but beautiful

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved Pai!

The huts were basic but really nice and had all you need, the gardens the huts were in was really well kept and lovely.
The shared bathroom was always clean with hot water for showers. 
The walking street is just over the bridge and was really good for the market every evening
We easily hired a bike from the hotel for exploring during the day.
The price of these huts were a lot cheaper than other hotels/hostels we’ve paid for and we enjoyed these more than most!
The only thing is that is was really cold on a night so being warmer clothing, we stayed in December.
