Baan Kung Kang De Pai

The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. The resort with the nice garden situated 1.5 km from the walking street is  very peaceful even in the time of festivals. Big clean swimmingpool and terrase, coffeebar, good fruit juices, the Coffee Pi Ju in the same garden with very good cakes. The houses and rooms are big and comfortable.

Vacation as in my own

We went to Pai in January, the weather was very good. The hotel is near the city, convenient to travel around Pai. The owner of the hotel is very nice, takes good care of us and is so friendly. The rooms are clean, there is a very large swimming pool. The view from the place is stunning, overlooking the mountains. Here is very suitable for vacation for a week. The good hotel where I would like to go back to.

Nice place & very warm welcome :)

The hotel seems to be run by 3 smiling teenagers who can hardly put a sentence together in English which makes it rather hard to communicate.  The first room we were offered was awful - just as plain as can be.  After much cajoling, they put us in another room which was slightly better.  Not great hot water.  No housekeeping service.   You have to ask for new towels.  The restaurant is sort of a mystery.  Limited menu.  The pool and views are nice.  Its a walk into town and not a very nice one.  There are surely better options in Pai.

Very strange place

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in January 2022. We stayed in 2 different rooms, the fist room we got it was very cold in the night and the water in the shower was not warm. The second room was much better, it didn't get so cold in the night and it had hot water in the shower. :)
The staff doesn't speak English a bit challenging check in.
On the plus side, good location, walking distance to the center, nice pool and cozy restaurant by the pool. The restaurant doesn't serve drinks. 
Over all a god stay :) value for the money.

Nice place!

I didn't like the Disneyland atmosphere of this hotel.I'd seen pictures of the mountains and I thought I was in a charming, authentic place.What a disappointment.The exterior is spoiled by a decoration worthy of Walt Disney.The rooms are cold without decoration inside.The house is not cleaned every night.The staff (with a few exceptions) are not very helpful and pleasant.

Located about 2 km from the city centre, mostly Asian clientele, very large swimming pool, clean, spacious rooms (the ones below the pool are less well), quiet, but above all an exceptional welcome... the staff is of a rare kindness, the smile always present, ready to render you full service... including a big thank you to Jimmie, one of the officials, who was a love with us!

Very good quality to price ratio

We where 4 people staying here from 27-30th october, had a great stay. :D 
A big pool next to the café.
The food there is a somewhat good mix of eazy to eat Thai dishes and some international dishes. Something for everyone :)
The staff was nice and welcoming, got help right away when we asked for something.
They also have a deal with a local shop that delivers the kind of scooter/bike you want to rent for your stay.
The rooms where alright, good beds and great airconditioning. Only thai channels on the television tho, but that's not why you travel arround/stay in Pai ;) all in all, a great stay :D

Nice place

We've extended our stay here because the facility and the whole team and the restaurant are great! free shuttle to the city (there are scooters much cheaper) when we brought our scooter back to the city and walked back, the manager saw us and drove us to the facility with her car! Really good service! The rooms and the entire facility are very clean. Now the negative: Since guests outside the facility also like to visit the pool and pay for admission, it may be that the hotel guests outside the pool don't get beds because they are occupied by the people outside. I'm sorry, because you could possibly get an extra set of beds to beds for the hotel owners.

Almost five stars.

This is a lovely hotel just on the outskirts of town which isn’t hard to do considering Pai is such a small town.  It’s a 20 minute walk to the heart of Pai and they have a free taxi available if you don’t want to walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was much bigger than I expected and the views were amazing with a comfortable bed (difficult to find in Thailand) I would definitely stay here again when in Pai.

Great hotel!

Originally booked for 5 nights but we fell in love with pai and this hotel so we ended up staying for 3 weeks! Rooms are nice and clean! Pool is huge! Amazing views of the mountains! And the staff are absolutely perfect, so friendly and helpfull and very good English! Highly recommend
