What was good

Nice friendly staff, helped with some questions. Good location, not touristy but very convenient if you need to live in the northern part of Pattaya. Great local market close by, also close to 7/11. Nice breakfasts. Good salad bar, with 3-5 different kinds of salad. There is always soup available. It is possible to ask to make scrambled eggs, omelettes. There is a choice of 3-4 hot dishes. All tasty. The pool looks clean and well maintained, but we didn't swim. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there are several kinds of pillows. A large desk in the room that allows two people to work. Good bathroom, excellent water pressure, hot water is always available, no waiting. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every day as well.

What was bad

Cleaning is mediocre between guest check-ins I thought there was dust under the bed, one of the curtains had a cigarette mark on it, the curtains themselves would also be good to wash. There were problems with the wifi, it was not fast enough in the room 6-12Mb, occasionally video calls would hang up. Often need to reconnect and enter username and password. On Saturdays there is karaoke on the 7th floor from 6pm to 11pm, very loud.

    Quite noisy. In the hygienic set there is no toothbrush. No bedside electrorosets.

    There are no many dishes listed in the menu. Breakfast is very monotonous. Some of the staff are trying to make their little business in the workplace.
