We stayed here for two weeks and had booked before the pool closed for refurbishment. We therefore had a room upgrade to a suite. This was beautiful clean and excellent air conditioning! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They ensured our stay was enjoyable. It’s not in the centre of Pattaya but you can get Bhart busses for 20 bhart into the main centre. I do agree that there are plenty of Chinese visitors at the hotel and they can be noisy but this is the same throughout the hotels in Pattaya as there are over 18 million tourists a year. Everyone’s cultures are different. We used the sister hotels pool and it was very clean and quiet. We had a wonderful holiday and we recommend staying at this hotel
