I have been many time to this place. It's really quiet and comfortable while being close to beach and night life. There is a more than decent swimming pool and fitness room. The rooms are great and the staff is well trained. Only drawback is there is no breakfast in the morning but this is not too much of a problem as breakfast places and 7/11 can be found anywhere nearby. Located near to Jomtien night market which is full of amenities. I would recommend this place for a short rest period.

Quiet and comfortable

Apartments cleaned every day , great location , as a family this is a better location as it was more family oriented beach 100 meters from apartment , night market next door , open till 10pm every night and sold everything you need including food 👌

Ive stayed in these apartments for the last 6 years for business trips, apartments are very spacious, air conditioned. The place is spotless and staff are terrific. I would just like to say thanks for a great visit to Jomtien Beach once again both to your staff in the apartment and the Boathouse where I dined every evening same staff all these years thanks again hope to see you all next year

Lovely big apartments

Having lived in Thailand for nine years, and resided close to Jomtien Penthouses(JP), 
we know where to go to when time comes we’re traveling to Thailand for holidays.

Once when we lived in Thailand family and friends came over in such number, that we couldn’t host them at our home. We opted to try JP. We never changed location ever since.

Their approach was -and is- very professional, personal and they are more than willing to go out of the ordinary.  Take for instance when my parents (both eighty at that time) stayed at JP and had to find their way around Jomtien: where can we do the laundry? Where can we buy bread? Where…? Not one single question was too much. All answered with great respect.

Or that time we had booked a room for a business related companion: again, they went all out of their ways to make sure that person felt at home and got attended for.

At our most recent  stay (July ‘17) they showed again that over the years they haven’t lost their special touch for hospitality, swift responding to  e-mails and making sure you stay is catered to your needs and in a secured surrounding.  Besides, their rooms are spacious, well maintained, clean and cleaned on a regular well followed schedule.

In short, I can hardly believe you get disappointed staying at JomtienPenthouses. 
We’ll keep an eye on them for you as we have booked our next stay already.

Got touched again and again by their everlasting personal touch, all these years

We had stayed at the Jomtien Beach Penthouse Apartments about six years ago, and one their other properties Residents Gardens. As we preferred to have quiet time we booked a month in a two bedroom deluxe apartment room 6005.
The apartment was large with two good size bedrooms, two bathrooms again very large, through lounge and dining area with a galley style kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped for most people's needs. Lounge and both bedrooms had Cable TV there was no DVD player, but that was no problem as we had our own unit to plug into HDMI on TV or use our computer.
I wish we had the same amount of storage space at home, plenty wardrobe and draw space and kitchen had loads of cupboard space. The suitcase storage area behind the shelving unit in dinning area was massive.
Location is fantastic, it is five minutes walk to Beach if you walk really slowly. Next door but one is the Night market ( not noisey ) and plentiful restaurants with in easy walking distance.
If you want to go into town there is the main Bart taxi route running down Jomtien Beach road 10 Bart per person gets you to South Pattaya Road, usually 20Bart per person from Jomtien Beach  to any where between South Pattaya Road to North Pattaya Road.
The apartments have nice pool area and very adequate gym.
The area is very quite through the Night and very safe to walk around, highly recommend this accomodation
