We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very helpful. And the room was spacious. The staff organised our stay in a floating bungalow in the National park. This was brilliant and we would highly recommend. We stayed at the Country Resort the night before the trip and the night after. There are plenty of restaurants near the resort.

We stayed in the country resort one night before our lake tour. The lady (owner) was really nice and helped us to book the lake tour and gave us information we needed.

Room was nice and clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again if going to khao sok.

Nice stay in cozy, simple room with friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights at the Khao Sok Country Resort which turned out a smart and convenient decision.  We toured Khao Sok National Park which was literally a 1 minute car ride from this Resort which provided for easy and quick access from our lodge.  Our room itself was only 500 THB per night which we only spent time there for the evening and sleep.  The wifi was good, the shower warm, and air con very efficient.  Plus we found the bed incredibly comfortable.  Overall, this was a high value and high efficient stay which we're gladly do again.

Comfortable, Good Value Accomodation

Arrived early before check in, so had to wait around. We decided to have a late breakfast, which was delicious. We spent the day by the pool, which is also the hostel's pool, so there weren't enough loungers. The room though was lovely with a great view of the mountain. Staff were helpful to organise us a taxi back to the airport, which was really cheap too. 

Short stay 

Very nice place in the middle of the Khao Sok, you will have everything nearby both the restaurants and the National Park ! Big and clean rooms + the nicest staff ! Thank you for our stay !

Loved it

This hotel is in the heart of the village. Location is good for bars, but don't expect jungle atmosphere. There's car and machine noise on the balcony, which is on the shadow side overlooking a car park and little garden. You can't see the beautiful mountains.
The room was nice, but I experienced a few annoyances during my two night stay:

-At check-in I was presented with extra charge for credit card. 
-The pool was in fact at the neighbour hotel, not visible from the room.
-The sink was troublesome. Plug got stuck. 
-The bathroom got all wet when taking a shower. 
-You were greeted by rules at the bed, not towel hearts or swans. 
-Room was not cleaned or anything refilled on day two. 
-Even after asking for cleaning/refilling, I had to ask again to have shampoo. 
-I could have mentioned other things, but I won't because I don't expect perfection for 990 bath pr. night. 

It seems to me like management is trying to save on every small thing to the extent that becomes unpleasant for the guest. 
The staff is probably just doing the best they can within the rules. And the rules are everywhere. Do this, don't do that. 


Friendly staff, but...

We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and there is everything you needed in a room. Hangars, clean towels and a fridge too. It is not a big deal but the sound of the air conditioner compressor gets a bit too loud when you are in the room and the vibrations will rattle the toilet door. There was a power trip during my first night at about 4 am but the power came back on about half an hour later.

Great place to stay!

It's really not a big deal but when I checked in, there was a power interruption and they have no electric generator. It went back to normal after 3 hours. The resort is almost close to perfection except that there is NO fridge in the room so you won't be able to keep beers or cold drinks. The room is huge with a stunning mountain view. Staff are friendly. It will stay here again whenever I go back to Khao Sok.

Wonderful resort on a nice location

Not only the rooms and the swimming pool are great, but the service is perfect ! The host organized a pick up from the airport, adviced us for our trekking & lake tour, and organized the transport to go to the Pier. Our last night it started to heavy rain so we decided to stay at the hotel’s restaurant to eat dinner. What a wonderful surprise ! It was the best place we tried in Khao Sok ! We advice to try the Massaman Curry & one of the Yum. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything !!

Great place to stay AND to eat !!!

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The guy at reception outside was a diamond. He really did look after us. We hadn't booked any tours before we came and he gave us all the information and let us take it away and get back to him. There was no pressure to book at all, which I have heard is the case at other hotels. We got a last minute tour to the lake (& frog island) which I would recommend. Breakfast is included from hotel with this tour. The guy leant us a waterproof bag, torch and raincoat for the trip. This was very much appreciated. For the price you pay a night, you really cannot complain. The room was clean - no mosquitoes! A pool next door shared with another hotel - beautiful views.

We would book this again.
