Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Please inform Le Versace Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property requires prepayment via (PayPal / credit cards / bank transfer). Guests will receive a direct email from the property with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within the deadline stated in the email.

Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit.

Smoking is only allowed at the balcony.

Cleaning service is only provided upon departure and is included in the price.
