I've been to a lot of hotels, worse than this one I've never met: -not a single photo even matches the reality - on the first night almost everyone is seated in the standard room. They don't even have windows, accordingly the wild moisture and mold inside - the superior room is nothing but the dirty window from the standard. The mold as it was and remained - the TV is not, the tiny refrigerator broke for the second day (to fix it no one came), inside everything is dirty and broken - there are no toiletries in fact, everyone bought here themselves - the hotel is right on a busy street and made to feel cardboard.

It just can't get any worse.

The hotel was our drop-off point for your money. The rooms are all working, room service is daily (cleaning, new laundry, fresh water). Make sure you get a room with a balcony or at least a window! At the reception desk there is a great, friendly staff who speaks great English. Ready to help any minute! Just smile more;) there is your own rental of good bikes, it was important for us!

When I was celebrating the New Year, the idea came to me to go to Thailand. I went to the travel agency (Anex Tur) and asked to find a good hotel and a balcony room, within an hour I got a hotel... If short: settlement strictly according to the laws of Thailand, my plane flew in early morning and I walked to settlement. In Russian they don't speak and don't understand English and German. With obvious difficulty. In all possible sources the photo numbers are just chic, as there was no repair in the hotel since the time of construction. In my room with a view to the pool (hundred staff of the hotel proudly named this....

I'm not advising you under any circumstances!

I booked this hotel and 2 days in advance thes said there was a problem with my credit card.
I immediately contacted my company/provider, but there was no problem at all.
I gave the details of the credit card again to the hotel.
When I arrived in the hotel, they refused me, but they send me to another hotel that was a little bit more expensive.
A few days later someone of the staff said to me that my credit card was ok ant that it was a mistake of someone else of the staff.



Big problems with the booking

I don't understand how the anex tour has the brains to lead people into a hole like this. I understand if you're yelling for day two, it's just overnight. But tour is too much.

It's a little bit of a mess, but it's worse.

The best option if you're going to rest instead of spending days in a hotel. It's cheap and furious. A regular and pretty good hotel for your money. A deposit of 2000 baht. They give out the same bills you gave out. It stopped here 2 times. Before that, the deposit was taken in dollars. Don't take a room without windows. There's moisture because the room won't get ventilated. If you're looking for good quality service, look for hotels that are more expensive and with more stars) (or else we've kept this hotel in the comments).

For that kind of payment, a normal hotel.

Room is horrible with no windows.smells of mold.freshly painted to mask the smell of mold.woke up after 6 hours hard to breath for the smell and had to go out to get fresh air.complained to management and just got told that they will move me tommrow but that doesn't help me at 3am in morning finding it hard to breath in a room that I wouldn't let my dog sleep in.havent checked any of its other facilities but won't be as it's just the worst hotel I've ever set eyes on in all my life.avoid under all costs

Disgusting

My husband and I took a New Year's ticket from Anex. We chose a fortune, because we didn't plan to stay in one place, but we only needed a direct flight. We settled in this hotel during the day. The first shock was from a street pool - 3 by 2 meters with muddy green water. Then we saw our room - without windows, with a dim smell inside. We left our winter stuff in the room and immediately left for the islands. We returned after a few days. The room was terrible wet and wet, because from the ceiling the water and drops directly on it. We changed the room. It was also without windows. The smell stood so disgustingly that the black-and-white clothes were being produced on the same streets.

This is a terrible hotel!!! (In Thailand for the eighth time).

Worst the most. No breakfast good choice,Toaster are dirty, Bread dish contain alive bugs,advance cash deposit required from guest for security,No space to breath in room as rest room has only ventilation inside room.
Can not imagine such hotel stay in future 

Worst hotel stay in my life

Most rooms are completely degraded, surrounded. The natural moisture, things dry out nowhere. Everything on the floor is just left open and there is a bit of a bed and breakfast, noise, drunken screams. The walls between the rooms are made of curtain, on the ceiling of the drainage room, the roof of the building is probably running in the rainy season. The interiors are completely degraded, the surroundings are completely decorated.
