Good position in the middle of Patong.
Breakfast was good value for the money.
Great receptionist - we had troube with our doorlock and she just destroyed it and gave us a new room.
I was really happy about that.
What was bad
I tried to call the hotel about five times because I had a question concerning airport transfer. No one was answering the phone. Not a single time.
