After a long flight we arrived at 01:30 at night. We were so tired so fell asleep immediately. When we woke up and pulled away our sheet, our bed had ants crawling all over it. We arrived at the reception at 11am (so an hour before we had to check out) and they kept us waiting for 2 hours (!) and then said we waited until after check out time and now it was to late to complain!!! They even served customers before us and took phone calls whilst taking to us. The host was very rude. UNACCEPTABLE! ANTS in bed and no refund. We will never return and neither should you.  

SHARING THE BED WITH ANTS

This place ripped me off hard . I firstly couldn’t find the place because google maps said it was at an address which it wasn’t . I had to dodge street dogs to get to it which is always a good time . I eventually got to the place , paid my bill , was taken to what I was expecting to be a standard dorm room with bunk beds , air con at least and a nice bathroom shared between myself and the one other guest who was in the room as well. WELL , was I in for a real treat !! After walking to the end of a deserted road we go to our sub divided townhouse where the top level was occupied by another family apparently !? The room was disgusting . There were ants on the floor , mould outside on the porch , there were 3 fans for 5/6 beds . Plus there’s no key btw so don’t expect to be able to lock your room . How is anyone supposed to sleep in a room that’s like a sauna ? Anyway I took one look at the place, charged my phone until I was sweating bullets and then proceeded to leave . I decided instantly that sleeping at the airport on the floor or even NOT sleeping at all was better than having to endure a night at this hell hole . 

And I’m sorry but for those of you who are saying , but it’s so cheap what did you expect ... basic standards guys . It’s not difficult to hit basic standards ! 

Go somewhere else ! 



WORST EVER

I enjoyed my one night stay here before flying to Hong Kong.  The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious, and the balcony was a great touch!  It was very close to the airport and very quiet.  I didn't even have to go very far for dinner, as they had a restaurant on the premises.

Nice Hotel walking distance to Phuket International Airport

I stayed here the night before my 6am flight, and for proximity it is very good at around a 5 min walk to the airport. That said there is no lock to the room (anyone can enter off the street) and there’s no place to secure your luggage. Fans are the only air conditioning. Based upon security alone I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.
