Very welcoming hotel, clean and air-conditioned room with balcony. Very close to the beaches and shops as well as the ferry terminal for Koh Samet Island. Very good quality price ratio for this hotel.

Hotel the clown

Compared to the surrounding hotels, it is for me the best price ratio. Early February 2017, 800thb for a large room with a well-designed balcony, air conditioning, TV, and bathroom, all very clean and well maintained. Excellent location near the boarding bridges for Koh Samet. Kate the manager speaks French, she is smiling, helpful and very professional.

Very good address

The location is perfect if you plan to board for Koh Samet, practically across the street, with nearby shops (large Tesco Lotus and 7-eleven). The reception is courteous. Our room was nice, functional, clean and well decorated. The TV didn't seem to work but it didn't matter. The wifi access was operational. Everything would have been ideal if it wasn't for dog concerts at the most advanced hours of the night. I like animals but this is a real local problem. The night was difficult.

Nice house but noisy

We stayed for 2 nights to spend the day on Koh Samet Island. The hotel was the next in the series very even good for this money, but here and here dust wiping wouldn't have prevented.

It's not bad.

The room is very nice, spacious and clean, very close to the harbour to go to Koh Samet, so it's convenient, but the absence of the elevator and no help from the staff makes it difficult to access the room with suitcases.

Second floor room was bit old but clean. Shower was behind small toilet separated with wall, it was good, toilet area floor stay dry.
Location is good if want make daytrip araund area. Nice, quiet beach can find maybe four kilometer to east beach road.

Nice small hotel.

A very small hotel. Nice rooms on the 3 floor with balcony and AC. From outside it looks not as a hotel. Very close to the pier and the boats to the islands. No breakfast but you can get decent coffe 2 blocks on the same side of the street. Value for money hotel

Clean and nice

Excellent stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to nearly everything. The staff have good knowledge about things to do in the surrounding area's and will help you with everything you need.

It is a large structure located on the coastline, two steps from the pier to Koh Samet. On the ground floor there is a restaurant bar and reception. The rooms are all on the upper floors, which are reached via a rather steep interior staircase. There is no elevator. Of the French owner mentioned in some reviews we have not had any trace. Most of the staff do not speak English, except a boy and a girl, very polite. Medium-sized room, simple but functional, fairly clean. A large bathroom, with shower. Among the amenities air conditioning, refrigerator with two bottles of water and free wi-fi on the pier, unfortunately little quality.

It is highly recommended.

Bjr got you the guest to change the name now it's called the Ban-Phe paillote and all has been renovated, very clean establishment, good restaurant outside and always animation at the bar, a lot of activity planned the paillote remains a very good establishment that I advise you
