Very disappointing. The first room they put us in was small and very dingy. We ask to upgrade and paid an extra 100 baht per day. They put us in another room which we liked. The air conditioner started leaking straight away and we once again moved to another room. This room was not as good as the second but better than the first. When we paid the 100 baht extra they told us breakfast was included. When we checked out they said we owed 1050 baht for breakfast - it wasn't that good and would not have paid that for it if we had know we were paying. On the last day, the usual cook wasn't there and the lady that served us the eggs apologised profusely but served us raw eggs. The water from the tap was dirty and the swimming pool was murky.... there is no way you could swim in it. We stayed a week and the pool was one of the reasons we chose this place. The cleaner didn't come on the day before we moved out. Wifi was terrible - couldn't use it at all, and the TV reception was very poor. We had a large crack in the wall through which you could see outside. Doesn't look anything like the photos online. The good - bed was comfortable and the rooms clean.

Only booked 1 night here the place looks much better on the pictures than in real life.  Our room was big and clean, the bed was comfy with good quality pillows and towels. The air con and wi fi worked well.
The property is old and tired and in need of refurbishment, the pool is very small and looked dirty we did not use it. Breakfast was usual Thai standard.

We originally booked for 7 nights (seemed like a good deal) but left after the first night. Property is old and tired looking, which isn’t depicted in the ‘modern looking’ photos on websites that were obviously taken some time ago. Pool was too dirty to swim in, and the poolside room had an odour that was trying to be covered with the room exhaust fan and some kind of spray.
Woken by the resident dog, after being kept awake by several teenagers who went swimming at midnight.
Would not stay here again, but might suit budget travellers, and only 10-15 mins from the airport.

Don’t trust the pics!

A good place for a good sleep, a nap and some swimming in the small pool. 
The rooms are ok, with aircon and working shower. It is August: so quiet... 
The houses are in a small area, I can imagine that it can be a bit noisy from the outside. For us at this moment (two different rooms) it was no problem.
They will help you out with a normal priced taxi: it is only 5-10 minutes drive. We had our own car and could easily park in front of the park.
The lady speeks English and they try to do their best to help you.
It is very cheap at this moment (don't know highseason)

Good hotel for your last night before taking of...

Arrived positive following the good reviews but arrived late (as stated in my booking) and my room still wasn't ready. Its more of a road side motel. The reception was messy with toys and stuff lying around. Unkempt garden in areas and generally run down and dated. Failed to find a pool lounger in tact and the splash pool looked too dirty to get in. 3% fee for credit card payments. Pool side room: very spacious clean room with wet room bathroom. Excellent wifi and ac system. But room smelled badly of damp as evident by the mould in the wardrobe. I kept my clothes in my suitcase and they still smelled damp after leaving. Bed huge and comfortable but didn't sleep well due to cars from roadside, dog barking and the overbearing damp odour or the auto air freshener failing to cover it up. The toilet also didn't flush. The last straw for me was the frog coming up through the shower drain. A common issue I was told. Staff very kindly captured it and took it away but that was enough for me! Its fantastic value, very near the airport (400 bht taxi) and walkable to the beach in around 10 mins. But as my last few days on my trip and I was hoping for better. It looked so nice too.
