We stayed 4 nights there. The first day we got really bad a/c do we moved to next room and was much better.
The staff were nice and kind. 
The place is quiet.
A litter far far from the city.
But if you rent a car or bike is okay.
A bit difficult to get around if you don't rent a bike. 
We tried looking for uber on app but still difficult to get one. So we just hired local tuk tuk.
No restaurant around the hotel. It's dark and quiet on that street at night. 
Comfortable beds. Clean rooms.
Good shower. 
No telephone in the hotel room. If you need something have to walk to the reception which is not far. 
Have 2 cats in the hotel.
Lovely garden and coffee shop there.
Resonable prices. 

Far from city but nice.

Overall the experience was quite good. The location was surprisingly quiet (considering it is located on a fairly busy road) and the atmosphere was peaceful and not at all tourist-y; which I enjoyed. The rooms (separate chalets) are comfortable, but lack a safe deposit box, a closet etc. They are spacious enough, each with a front facing porch. 
The restaurant was a bit of a mystery. On the first night, I enjoyed a dinner and a few beers at the restaurant/cafe in front of the hotel, but by the second night everything was gone. the big sign was packed up and carried away, and the restaurant was closed. A meagre breakfast spread was still available though. The cafe was a pleasant surprise - serving a wonderful Iced Mocha (though they have a tendency to load up on the ice) and Lychee Soda. The cafe sells little baggies of 15-30 Baht breakfast-y snacks that I preferred to the 100 Baht breakfast consisting of a small fried egg, a narrow strip of ham and a pair of sausages akin to plastic cylinders full of red jelly. And toast of course. 
The hotel has free wifi wherever you go (though you have to switch networks as you move from cafe to room etc.) and it is fast enough.  Although the views were nothing to brag about; looking out my window I saw no reason to complain. The hotel is spacious, quiet, green and comfortable.
There was a slight hitch in the first week; the sink in my room did not work, so i had to have my room changed to the adjoining one (which was more secluded and shady) which had a slight issue with the toilet's flush. 
It cost 250 Baht to travel by taxi (car, not rickshaw) to the Central Festival Mall in the city.

Highly recommended by both of us. We couldn't have asked for a better bed and clean apartment. Great Food and very cheap.

We got to see two street markets and we had a great time sampling all the food. Even rented a motorcycle from the worst shop ever in town. But the hotel tried to help us out. 
We made four new friends through all of this. 


Chiang Mai 

Olson sent us details of this hotel along with some pics so we booked. When we arrived we check me in and we're shown to our chalet. Very nice! All very clean and comfortable. Most rooms and chalets have covered parking by the door. Everything is arranged round a central garden. There are cafes for food and drinks on site selling western and local food. Breakfast is included in the room price. We got a special rate of 800 baht including breakfast. Normal rate is 1200 baht. Overall very good value. We will certainly book here again.
