Comfy bed, clean and spacious room, big bathroom, good storage space and a nice balcony. 

One evening we came back to find 3 cockroaches in our room and hovering around the bathroom. They went down the drains so we slept with the bathroom light on and door closed and didn’t seem to come back when we were in the room. 

Bit loud in the mornings due to traffic. No lift so had to carry everything up to the third floor. Overall we were happy with our stay :) 

Comfy bed, spacious and clean 

Firstly, I'm very experienced with Surin and the surrounding areas. Therefore, location-wise, this is a great spot in muang Surin.
5 minutes gets you to Robinsons, or the train/bus station by car.

The place itself looks charming, colorful and welcoming. It is well lit, and has front and rear parking. There is a small reception/communal area upon entering the premises. The reception office itself was a small slot window that wasn't great for talking through, and i don't know why, but that bothered me. Maybe because there was no conversation with the receptionist upon check-in.

Anyway, the room i got had a bad smell of sewer from the bathroom as soon as i opened the door. The room looked nice but the view was straight into the front car park, which meant zero privacy unless you have the curtains closed the whole time.
It was kitted out with hd tv, and big refrigerator.

The bed matress was solid and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The 2 pillows were extremely light and offered little comfort, even when doubled up.
The door of the room is on the lip of the rear street, so a lot of music/motorbike traffic noise would filter through. In addition, the noise from neighboring guests, both above and adjacent, were very audible- light sleepers, beware!

The bathroom had an ample shower area, but the water was always cold, and never picked up heat - even with the thermostat at full.

Rooms were tidied and cleaned very quickly each day.

Honestly, it should have been a lot better than it was, but you get what you pay for.
Would i stay here again at 550฿/night? No.
I would honestly say this is a 400฿/night place.

Not bad, but can't help feel it could have been better

Due to arrival at 4 am from the bus in Jomtien, the owners nevertheless welcomed us with a coffee and arranged for excellent tickets to the Surin Elephant Round-up.They also personally drove us to the Elephant breakfast which  was a highlight of our stay.

There are little lizards running around, but I think that's just a surin thing, not much they can do about it here. They are pretty cool, they chirp and very small, don't be scared :)


Great!

New Hotel, very clean and modern. Room of good size and large bathroom. Very good WiFi. Good parking at front and rear of hotel. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast simple, toast, jam and coffee to get your day underway. Good location in Surin to base ones sightseeing upon.
