Lovely relaxing place with large modern clean bungalows including  kitchen and microwave.  Each bungalow has a good sized patio too.  Nice sized pool, good maid service and pleasant garden surroundings.  Perfect for a quiet break and only 5 minutes walk to nearby restaurants.  Pushbikes are free to use and the beach is 10 minutes walk away.  Rooms have clean towels daily, lovely white bedding, safes and excellent air conditioning units.  The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is that the breakfast is not varied.  There is choice of orange juice, good coffee, muesli, plain yoghurt, two different bread types, bacon, eggs, watermelon, pineapple, bananas and limited salad selection.  Breakfasts are made to order by the wonderful staff but a few croissants or different fruits / cornflakes would be nice.  This is certainly a good choice in Khao Lak and we will certainly return.

Excellent place to stay

It's like a well-maintained apartment, always the same people who are in Thailand for months, but the resort is still clean and stylish, I can only recommend this hotel.

As always, all right.

The staff and resort are excellent especially for couples wanting a retreat.  The rooms had a good bathroom with shower, a decent sized bedroom with good air con and a small kitchen with a full size Fridge and microwave plus cutlery and plates etc.  The surrounding area is quiet and the gardens are pleasant with palm trees, tropical plants and mango trees etc.  The pool is good for swimming as it is a decent size and there was never any problem with getting sun loungers or parasols.  There is no bar facilities but this is certainly no loss.  The area is  a short walk away to restaurants and about 15 mins to the beach but you can use the bikes free of charge so this is no problem.  The only slight criticism would be about the breakfast.  This was of a decent quality but  lacked choice and consisted of eggs made fresh (omelette, scrambled, boiled or fried,  bacon, toast and Jam, 3 cereals and bananas. watermelon,  pineapple and plain yogurt.  This tended to get a little tedious and would perhaps benefit from a few croissants or buns or maybe alternate the fruit with mangos or papaya etc. for a change.

Lovely relaxing quiet place

Beautiful villas with kitchen and fridge, air conditioned. The bedding is not at the top but it lasts for a few days. We spent four nights and rented a scooter to visit the area. The reception was warm as usual for Thai people. Not far from the beautiful beaches like coconut beach and white sand beach. The hotel is not far from the main street where there are all the restaurants and massages. Small local markets open their stands almost every night of the week.

Family with one child 11 years old

My husband and I stayed here for one night and wished that we would have been able to stay longer! It’s on the outskirts of Khao Lak, so the environment is quiet and relaxing. Our room was the nicest we have stayed in yet while in Thailand, clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was even a small kitchen attached! Breakfast was great, omelettes upon request, and the staff brought a cart for our bags without us even asking. Highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing atmosphere 

We are happy to have discovered this wonderful accommodation last year. Friendly and quick contact via email, easy booking. Arrival and feel comfortable is the motto here. Cleanliness and care of the objects, the pool and the garden are greatly emphasized here. The recreation started from the first minute, we come back without question.

Friendly, quiet and clean just top

A wonderful resort with colorful bungalows. A cozy oasis, fast by the beach and fast by the market and at many restaurants. The bungalows are big, modern, friendly and very clean! Owners and employees are super friendly and helpful. I get five stars without overestimating.

An oasis in the middle of the action

From check-in to check-out everything is perfect, the houses have everything you could wish for, since it's not a huge resort, the beautiful pool is never crowded and always pleasantly quiet, tension pure. The resort is a little on the edge but in 3 minutes you're on the move. Especially the staff are super friendly and helpful, which made our stay perfect, we'll definitely come back.

Just wonderful.

Located 5-10 minutes from town, the cottages are roomy and clean.  The pool is big and there are plenty of loungers.  Breakfast is made to order and the staff is helpful. Free bikes are nice. We were in the second row away from the pool.  The pool cottages could be nice but not very private and may be noisy.
I rode up the road to the little gym which is a bit pricey for 100 baht but good enough.

Simple, nice lodging

When I booked the hotel, it was the best vacation of my life... Thai O.T. is a new (it seems to have been built only in 2014) small hotel, consisting of about 20 separate bungalows... accommodation. The hotel's location is in some way unique - it is very well located between all the key facilities. When I booked the hotel, it was located just from the sea, but the location was literally fantastic.
