The guesthouse is well located in the pleasant central district of Trat, quiet and not far from the evening market. The set with the cottages is cute, but the rooms themselves are very short. There is no storage space (not even a cinder) and no decoration. For one night, it goes (a step to then go to the islands) but no more otherwise, it's a little glazed with a single lighting (2 spots) that gives a bright and unwarm light. The bathroom is barely functional and no insulation at all. By adding 200 baht, you can find much better Trat.

Basic accommodation

The taxi driver at the bus station orders them to betray customers.Salt this.The owners are just looking for money, very noisy rooms, don't dare to ask questions, bite your nose, treat you badly if you come to dinner or breakfast.Get any other hotel and you'll be fine.These people are destroying the kindness of the deal.Luckily we only stayed one night, and we moved to the other guest house on the street.

Very good people to deal with, they care about the visitors. Older rooms but are clean and functional. Hot water shower, tv, and strong wifi. Good food in the restaurant. Easy walk to the night market. Cheap to get around town in taxi truck. They sell tickets to get to the  islands, and are knowledgeable about what is best. Will stay here again when in the area

Clean, quiet rooms

Guesthouse where I've been staying for several years. Standard room is 10 euros, for the price is nothing to blame. Very clean, maintained with not a lot of plants to beautify. Shower with pressure, good bedding. Well placed in the very nice old neighborhood. Not a lot of new guesthouses around. One bemool, it's quite noisy with the guests, we hear everything.

For the right price.

After travelling for 12 hours from Siem Reap, including 3 hours at Poipet border, it was a welcoming place. 
They deal with everything although for a small profit : 100 USD exchange for 30 Baht (31.15 at the bank), 90 Baht for the 80 Baht Ferry ticket to Koh Chang...
They seem to run a successful business as there are several Pop guest houses around town.

Well prepared for any tourist needs

Arriving at around 8pm after 7am bus, we had booked for one night before leaving for Ko Chang the next morning. The manager says that after it's too late he's going to sleep... The manager asks you to settle quickly. Yes, I've made a good trip... let's go... Arriving in the room, the air conditioning is already in place but we're asked for 100 baht in addition to the basic 380 to take advantage of it... We answer that we're going to see if the fan isn't too hot the next morning. The manager says that after it's too poor he's going to sleep... We see that they're making a restaurant, if we can eat something... 'Let's go to the market, you're getting a hot guy'... Thank you very much, I've been living here for 15 hours, let's get to the perfect way... Let's get to this room, if it's not too hot, but it's not too hot. It's not expensive, but that's it!

We spent one night to wait for the ferry to Koh Kood. The place is simple but well kept and clean. Restaurant good. Quiet and nice location in front of a gym, Great value. Nice and available owners who were ready to answer our questions and made a call for us. Recommended!!!

Spent one night, nice location and clean room, good restaurant

We used this as transit accommodation for which it was good value. The owner/staff were helpful and friendly. Okay, the rooms aren't anything to write home about. Small bathroom and no hot water to the shower but - the water was warm anyway. The bed was comfortable. No safe. Think about the price you're paying!
We were able to get something to eat when we arrived (about 7:30pm) and the meal was pleasent. Breakfast was good. They are able to arrange transport/trips. They arranged our transport to the pier.
I  would use them again

It's okay

We are greeted with a smile and seriousness. Even late at night. The rooms are very neat and functional. All clean. Most of the double rooms even have a small private terrace. We have the choice between ventilation and air conditioning. The gh also makes a travel agency at least for transportation. So you can go straight from there by pick-up to your destination. Little dej not included in the price but correct map. This is still a very interesting gh for me to go to the islands. I would say a hair more expensive than the average of the competitors. We paid 500 baths double with ventilation. Many in the vicinity are at 300

Well received

Fortunately we only stayed one night. The rooms are terrible and the bathrooms must not have seen a deep cleaning for many years. They don't buy the trip to Cambodia here and although the owner guarantees you don't need any photographs for entry visas into the country. Be careful with the schemes. You can also buy things in Bath and raise dollars already in Cambodia.
