welcomed with carrying our own luggage up hill without any assistance or support offered,once entered the room,the entire window for its promoted jungle view was covered in dirt,paint drips and full of previous guest body prints including infant feets etc,bathroom and all mirrors were not cleaned for a long time and full of dirt which was never checked before we entered this horrendous accomodation.after reporting it the housekeeping supervisor came with a dry cloth to check our complain and even suggested it was outside of the glass (which hung over a 20 meter drop) tiles on entree were broken off and even roomservice was served in a dirty crate,breakfast and front office never welcomed or greeted and all breakfasst equipment was neevr been maintained neither sanitized properly while staff is playing on their phone and show 0 care,passion or interest in their guest.
You would imagine especially during covid hygiene would be a even more intensive area of attention to give guest a feeling of safety and hygiene, which are nowhere to be found here,and staff once shared our feedback show 0 care or interest to solve the discomfort,managment and owner should be investigated when asking such prices and cant even provide a clean room, luggage  service,a basic standard quality bnreakfast or even the famous Thai way is not found here, make sure NOT to visit this place, worst experience of my life ,even worked in hospitality myself

worst hygiene, service and hospitality management standards ever experienced in Thailand!!!!

Booked a room on Agoda, arrived and they put us in a lovely room with private pool. Once all relaxed and chilled staff came told us we had wrong room. Wasn’t my fault, they said we had to move. Annoyed we agreed, whilst we were in the pool villa staff seemed great, they moved us to one of the pods, don’t even think about staying in one of those it was horrible. Experience, toilet and shower is outside the room for one and you can’t even fit your bag in the room. Once had moved staff didn’t care about us. It was really horrid experience and would never ever stay at this hole ever again… negative stars for a terrible place

Terrible Place

Great location and great view from room. Services was not satisfied. At restaurant, I ordered medium rare australian steak but it turned out to be just ordinary thin meat that you can find everywhere. It was very thin meat that you can't cook medium rare with it. If you have a booking here, just enjoy the room and view, for food you can find at restaurant somewhere else.

Great view but services was average

Probably should have read more reviews before staying here but the price for a private pool villa was a bargain. Stayed 1 night.

Amazing location with great views, perfect for capturing your awe moment photos. Well indicated on the road to arrive to the property. 

We stayed in the Minute Private Pool. The room is very spacious, almost feels like you are staying at a modern chalet on Hollywood Hills. Bathroom almost half of the size of the whole room. Full amenities, however it seems like being a spacious living area there was not much in terms of ergonomic furniture or decorations IMO. Pool was lovely, can be accessed by your bed. Your whole room is two floors where the top floor/roof features artificial turf and one swing presumably for picture taking. 

We decided to dine at the restaurant as it featured both Thai and Western cuisine. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in Thailand. And I work in F&B management.
Where do I begin.
Food quality was poor. The Tom Yum Goong was so bland I couldn't even taste the shrimp; probably frozen. And worse, it wasn't even spicy! The Salmon dish was the worst piece of salmon I have ever had in my life. You can buy better quality for a better price at a supermarket. The salmon was frozen farmed salmon and overcooked. The sauce which was suppose to be a white wine cream sauce, was more like a bechamel that came out of a can, couldn't even taste the acidity from the wine. The Caesar salad, what a disaster. First of all, it was not even Caesar salad. It was a mixed salad with tomato, carrots, corn, and a thousand island dressing with some dried bacon. The croutons were bad, so soft and chewy. I honestly thought they got the wrong order, but I asked the staff and they told me it was the Caesar! Obviously this staff has had 0 training in terms of food knowledge or service. Service staff even handed me the dish, why not place it in front of me on the table? Not to mention that the staff were on their phones in front of us. No one asked how are food was or nothing. 750 Baht for terrible food and zero star service.
I asked to speak to the F&B manager but was told he only came to the property on the weekends! 
No management overseeing anything, the chefs are probably not Thai and not trained because how can they cook such horrendous food. You can get better food at the noodle shop down the road.  
I have no idea why people on their Facebook page say the food is good, people can't be that delusional. 

Staff does not speak much English, so if you are a foreigner I recommend picking up some basic Thai or having google translate on your phone ready. 

A lot of nice cafes around the area, I recommend checking them out.

Will not stay here again. There are better properties with the same amazing views in Khao Yai.

Amazing view but do NOT eat here

Staff was friendly, but standard very low for the price. Room 301 (time capsule) is next to a generator and who thinks they could spend a quiet evening enjoying the scenery as promoted on the website is mistaken. The time capsules are someway midway on a hill and the view isn't good, adding the noise of the generator and the disappointment is complete. Also, bed linen was torn and shabby and if there was a room service, we didn't notice. I don't expect a full service but even the beds haven't been made. The food was far below standard and when looking at the ham floating in the milky water at the breakfast buffet makes one go vegan very quickly.

Not up to standard

As good as it get, a bit strange design for the lead in room category, but it is cosy enough for 2 persons during short weekend break.

5 stars to the freshness of free range egg, and you don't want to skip your breakfast.

Good enough for a weekend stay

Stayed there in April for couple of nights. Where shall I start?
The rooms probably are the best part though need improvement and good cleaning.
Now to two major problems- 1) management. The place badly needs good management. Currently what I saw is a complete disaster. The hotel is short of blankets, short of complimentary water, short of ‘whatever you ask for at the reception ‘.
Problem N2- the restaurant. The waiter said to us upon arrival that it’s Top 5. I wonder now Top 5 of what rating? The food is not eatable. You can’t call it a coffee what they serve there. 
Lots of old and not fresh food. Spaghetti with tomato sauce turned out to be spaghetti in ketchup. Brilliant.
One day it was closed for buffet breakfast and the choice was - eggs or ... eggs.
My advise- please close the restaurant, hire new staff and start over again.
Overall experience- hard to recommend to anyone unless something is done with the management and there is a new restaurant.

Shock restaurant /unqualified management 

ผิดหวังกับการมาพักครั้งนี้ ขับรถมากว่า 7 ชั่วโมงเพิ่อพักผ่อนที่นี่ พบว่า ห้องพักเก่ามากๆ ไม่สมกับราคาสี่พันกว่าที่จ่าย เฟอร์นิเจอร์ในห้องเก่ามากทุกจุด ห้องน้ำมีคราบสกปรก มีคราบรา ตามผนัง กระจกเก่า หมดสภาพ มีรอยดำ 
สระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวไม่สะอาด มีคราบสกปรกตามขอบสระ 
พนักงานบริการโอเค
Disappoint with the room. The room is very old, toilet is dirty and has mold on the wall. The private pool also has dirty stain.
Staffs are ok.

We recently spent 3 nights here, at the beginning of January. We stayed in one of their capsule rooms.

The staff are friendly and polite. The restaurant where breakfast is served, is well-located. The food at the restaurant is very good and is well-priced.

However, many other things were not good. They charge too much for an extremenly small capsule room. The room itself has no space at all, and very poor functionality. In traditional capsule hotels in Japan for example, there is high functionality and great cost effectiveness. This was not the case here. Additionally, the level of cleanliness was mediocre at best. 

The biggest issue was related to the hot water. The shower was very cold. We complained politely, but the problem was not rectified. The next day, I was more outspoken in expressing disappointment and frustration. They offered an improved room, but it too, had poor hot water (very cold, actually). They then offered essentially any room in the hotel, but even the spacious pool villa had cold water. Ultimately, we took a slightly better room than our own which had less cold water, but the following morning when I showered, the water was ice cold once again.

Given the considerable issues with cleanliness, lack of space, high cost and poor hot water, I would not recommend this hotel. By Thai standards, I do not think it is good value for money.

Disappointing Overall

จอง hour pool villa พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ แต่ห้องพักไม่โอเคเลย ไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไป คืนละ 4,600 บาท ต่อ 1 คืน ผ้าม่านขึ้นรา ผนังห้อง ขอบผนังห้อง ทั้งในห้องและห้องน้ำ ซึ่งมีสีสีขาวเป็นคราบราและคราบสนิม โซฟาสีส้มเปื้อนหมึกดำ หัวเตียงนอนน่าจะเป็นไม้คือลอกเป็นจุดๆ กระจกคือคราบน้ำที่แห้งเกาะไม่มีการเช็ด ส่วน poll villa ดีค่ะ อยากให้ปรับปรุงภายในห้องให้ดีก่อนปล่อยห้องขายให้ลูกค้า เพราะเสียความรู้สึกมาก ภาพที่เห็นกับความเป็นจริงโหดร้ายที่สุด เสียดายที่โพสภาพในนี้ไม่ได้ อยากให้ปรับปรุงด้วยค่ะ สำหรับเราคงครั้งเดียวจริงๆ
