We spent 2 nights here.  Our room was sad and not in great condition.  Very little light.  The AC struggled to cool the room, and they required the key card in the room to run the AC which meant the room was always hot when we returned.  Lots of noise on all sides morning & night, with bars on all sides.

The wifi was slow and unreliable much of the time.  The shower had poor water pressure. The toilet took 15+ minutes to flush. The sink burped air every time we turned on the faucet.  Food was mediocre.  

Run down and disapointing

Lomé is hardly overrun with good international cuisine but I was pleasantly surprised by the offering at Napoleon Lagune. 

The hotel is located right on Lac Est and offers a nice view out over the water. Some lights on the chairs by the lake would have been nice but the seating area by the pool is nice and quiet.

Although the service was quite slow the food (ordered fillet de zebu with chips) was very nice. The meat especially was very well cooked and 'a point' as promised.

The vegetables of the day never quite materialised (unless 2 slices of cucumber count) but I was happy with my dish and good cold Castel.

As a decent food offering, I can recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night before my departure flight. Located very close to airport. Room was clean, lots of hot water, nice pool although I didn’t use it. WiFi worked fine. No complaints, would stay again. 

Good stay, near to aiport

Though the hotel is slightly away from the city centre, the location is very pleasant - right next to a lagoon. 
The restaurant / bar has a good choice / food. 
The rooms, though comfortable, could do with some more lighting... 
There is a pool and the staff is very friendly and some of them are bilingual

The hotel is not near anything.  the airport is a short drive away.   The food is really good and has a lovely pool setting.  People smoke everywhere and the staff is not very honest.  Be sure and check your bill.  There were a lot of mistakes. 
I did book a pick up at the airport thru the hotel.  They never showed up.  I called three times and still no pick up.  The staff english is extremely limited.

Interesting place

I stayed a while here and chose the hotel due to its location, being located by Lac Est, a refreshing location which took about 40 minutes to walk into the city centre. It was nice to be able to take a stroll by the lake by the hotel as the neighbourhood was quite atmospheric with a good selection of local businesses. As for the hotel, I found it to be well-run with an excellent restaurant and nice swimming pool. I would certainly stay here again when in Lome, as preferred the location to being in the city centre.
