.  He was so helpful and welcoming
The place was cool  one of the best 
recommendations for a family vacation 
Food was not fresh so it’s better to eat somewhere else otherwise everything is good

This Hotel was booked for us by Travelichi travel agents, and did us proud!! Along with this excellent Hotel with wonderful views, we had a comfortable clean warm spacious room. The service was good and friendly and all stops were pulled out when they knew it was our Anniversary. Would certainly use this hotel again should we ever visit Bizerte again.

Anniversary Break

I traveled to Bizerte for a sporting competition, our group was big and we stayed in 3 different hotels.  Andalucia was by far the best cost benefic as is was as good as the Bizerta resort but half the price.  Nice, clean spacious rooms and good food, but by far the highlight of the hotel is hospitality and willingness of the staff, they really go out of their way to satisfy guests need.  I recommend Bizerta Hotel and am definitively staying there again when I come back to Bizerte!

Great Experience

The room is very comfy! There is a kitchen in the room - which is good if you need to prepare your own food.
The breakfast is very good and the service is very friendly.
It is 5 minutes walking to the "port" - which is a very beautiful place in the city.

It was a good experience. The hotel is nice with a big pool and an open view of the beach.  A good service and price are mid-range. great for family or business trips.
this hotel doesn't serve or allow alcohol.

This is actually appart-hotel. Room are in fact suite with multiple bed rooms and bathrooms. This hotel front the beach and has nice swimming pool. Including descent "italian" restaurant. Personals are friendly. One problem, they don't serve any beer here, this is so idiotic. See attached pictures from the hotel.

Nice place

The hotel is spacious, the staff are polite and friendly, but the rooms are very cold, I reported it to the reception the first day and went out, when I came back it was still cold, I complained, they sent an engineer who could not repair it and said he will send a heater, he did not and we slept under3 blankets, the following day they changed the room for us, and it was the same, this time they sent us 2 blankets, we could not have another night like that, we went out and bought our own heater, in conclusion, they take no notice of your complaints and the time to visit them should be in the summer season only, unless you're an Escimo, if you want breakfast have it in a cafe outside the hotel , very bad value in the hotel, also bad service, this is supposed to be the best hotel in Bezerte, I stayed in 3 stars hotels in the best which were far better than this 4 stars hotel, never again.

Cold hotel in a warm country

It's too much to write...just avoid at all costs.. to go for the day is a rip off...paper cups, incredibly slow service, uncooperative reception staff..need I go on?..50 dinar per day, per person with a limited spend buffet....the poolside menu is so expensive, be prepared to pay through the nose
