The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, a large swimming pool everything is fine in this hotel except the buffet which is not really good, we eat almost the same thing every morning and evening

Nice hotel.

Horrible experience at all. Bad service, filthy interiers, food was still same old song for all 16 days. Stray dogs on the beaches, stray cats in the dinning room. Beach was also filthy. 5 elevators in the hotel, only one was functional, but just only for 5 days. Half of people, we met had terrible diarrhea.
Very poor bar choice (cola, sprite, beer in can, warm watter - that's all)
I would not recommend at all. Last time in Tunisia after this vacation.

Nightmare

the hotel leaves much to be desired, but the attractions, service and animators do a great job.  You can spend your free time at the hotel with nice animators. Aqua aerobics and evening dancing are a lot of fun. 

Great time 

We've just had the experience of a bank hotel as we said during the entire stay. We arrive, no welcome, we're left with our luggage to fill a nice little arrival sheet in the hallway. Gladly, TTS's meriem was there so that we could put our luggage in the luggage compartment and pick up our bracelets to at least have a coffee.

Running away

Terrible stay to buy on last minute.com pathetic and unhealthy hotel falls to pieces, food is infected, cleanliness is non-existent unacceptable for a 4* the hotel formula 1 is better and far!!! outdated food in the hotel shop, room with torn curtains, faulty climate, hot water problem, in 4 days we changed rooms 3 times and the same finding every time, wild cats in the restaurant, indoor pool closed and more than ruined, no spa, half of the services offered are closed and run out, the hygiene in the restaurant is non-existent plastic glass for everyone, one elevator for 400 rooms and falls into the pan and break into the hot water, so we had to go to the courthouse and then we had to go to the caves and have to the bathroom to see the three rooms that were in the same room, so we have to have the last three minutes to have the bathroom and the bathroom, so we have to have to go to the courthouse and see how many rooms are in the same room!

4* pathetic unhealthy has escaped!!!!!

We've had a very pleasant five days and a 100% successful vacation. A very welcoming, smiling and helpful staff despite being overwhelmed at times.

Unforgettable stay and a big thank you for this welcome on a human scale far from the standards of other hotels where you feel lost in a mass of soulless people.This hotel lives up to our expectations: calm peace and super nice entertainment. A big thank you to the animation team (Pablo, Leo Rico samurai without forgetting their manager) a pro! (Fathi: laughter simplicity and above all a very big heart! We are back in a great time when the human being has found its place again! Very good animation professionals as we love it! The clean and beautiful rooms, the impeccable swimming pool, nothing to say.

Exceptional

The hotel has potential but is underutilized. Dirty tables, poor food, the canteen is always missing something. You have to wait for plates, cutlery, stand in line for drinks that are still served in plastic cups 😯😯😯 The water in the pool is dirty, the hotel has an unpleasant smell. Not enough tables outside. Internet very weak and only at the reception. The gym does not encourage you to use it. Nice view from the window. Great animators that I really miss. Always smiling and positive. I recommend this hotel.People in this hotel are really nice. The food wasn't much but there was something for everyone. Beach cleaned daily. The young animators and dj were the best.🥰 The worst thing about this hotel was Sam their boss. He treats these young people like garbage. He wanted my phone number, he said he wanted to go with me to Poland or the Netherlands. I refused him. After that, he banned the animators from talking to me because he was jealous. He fired them for talking to me and my family!!!! I left a tip at the bar in my room in the reveption and also wanted to give money to the animators. I gave money to one young animator he was fired (he didn't want to take it) and I put it in his bag. Sam came up, took the money from him and gave it back to me and he shouting at him and throw him outside!!! It was my decision my money!!! I want to give him money!!!! Sam is a very bad person uses mobbing to young nice guys!!! This is not normal.

Good holiday

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Positive points: The outdoor pool and the private beach are a great and fantastic attraction even though the pool needs a little more maintenance. The room has air conditioning and a small refrigerator that works great. Negative points: There is no air conditioning in the hotel reception or in the restaurant. The food is hot including cakes and fruit that spoil easily. There is no variety of fruit only melon. There are no yoghurt and the food is little variety. The queue for omelets is horrible losing the appetite of a stream. There are no drinks that I have a little shame about. There is no ice cream in the hotel reception or in the restaurant. The hotel does not end up with a book of complaints. The chef of the restaurant does not deal with ill-mannered employees and is not completely malnourished. When you go to the hotel, you can't ask for anything but a few hours's light, and the hotel is not even close to the supermarket. When you finish the hotel, you can't even see the hotel. When you're not a few hours away from the hotel
