This is a beautiful place to stay. It’s like a little paradise on the edge of the Palmerie. There are three people who work at reception, all of whom speak incredibly good English and can hook you up with very affordable tours and excursions. Before you book any excursions on your own, make sure you check with these guys first.  They can find you the same tour for about half the price.
The rooms are huge. My room consisted of a large bathroom, a curtained off bedroom and a huge living room. While the dining room only caters to breakfast, they can actually have delicious food delivered to your door if you’re too tired to go out. The location is really great. It’s quiet and away from the noise of the street but only a half a block off the main thoroughfare. It’s easy to grab a taxi to go to the Medina or Belvedere rock, but it’s also a nice walk to either place. There are lots of restaurants within a half kilometer radius as well. 
I stayed here four nights and I have to say, this place and Tozeur itself were my favorite places in Tunisia

Feels like staying with your close friends

Spent a night in a triple room in October 2019 as I wanted to make an early start to visit Tozeur the next day. The location of the residence is perfect for a visit of the city all the while being away from the main road and its inconveniences. Located right in the middle of the palm grove the residence is stunning and a PERFECT place to relax after a few hours on the road. The kids had a go at the swimming pool at night and were delighted! The staff is friendly and professional especially the breakfast ladies. Breakfast was simple but OK. The rooms however clearly need a bit of TLC but they are functional and clean. Didn’t matter to us for just the one night. I’m planning another short stay in Tozeur for the spring and will definitely try to book a room there again! Would recommend for travelers with children and those looking for a quiet place in a beautiful natural environment!

Incredible residence - average room

At the edge of the magnificant palm tree plantation, the residence is perfectly located. At a wlaking distance from the main street where various restaurants are available,rzsidence buolding is a wonderfull example  the local beaitofull architecture. Wether during thz night or the day, you cna appreciate the quitness of the area. The staff is extremly helpfull. The rooms are spacious, with convenient cupboards and a large bathroom.

Excellent

Excellent rooms, with airco. Breakfast good, with bread, butter, cheese, egg and marmelade. Quiet and safe location. Gives family feeling. Plenty of space for cars, under camera surveillance. At edge of the famous palmeraie. Very good for a few days, for families and singles who like to see and experience something of the Sahara desert. Prices very reasonable.

I was there with my girlfriend they recommend is also to do camels tour and quad tour 
Finely u must visit chak-wak is so near from the hotel and do a Sahara trip with 4*4

Magnifique 

Only stayed here for one night as part of our Star Wars tour of Tunisia.
I have to say the place was really lovely. We were greated by a very friendly man in reception who showed us to our really nice room, which was airconditioned and clean and comfortable.
We had an evening dip in the pool which was really nice and refreshing.
We had a very nice nights sleep before we left the next morning.
Breakfast was very different to what we're used to in the UK, but it was nice enough and we were joined by a friendly stray cat who seemed to love the scraps of boiled egg we gave him.
All in all it was a very friendly and pretty little hotel and I'd deffinately recommend it for a short stay in Tozeur.

Great value for Star Wars fans

This hotel is located near the Lars Homestead and Mos Eisley film sites, which makes it a good choice when visiting the area.  We had a basic but clean and comfortable two-room suite that worked well for my wife and I plus two teenagers. The meals were decent and I quite enjoyed a bottle of Tunisian red wine purchased at the hotel.  Wifi is only available near the office and the staff struggled with English, but security is good and the grounds are well-maintained.

Great location for Star Wars fans

My 7 year old son and myself stayed at the Residence in May 2014 for 2 nights and we both absolutely loved it. The hotel is right by the beautiful palmary and the rooms are spacious with a traditional feel. 

All the staff were so friendly and helpful and they even put a three course dinner on for us for each evening which made it a lot easier than going out at night as a blonde, single woman with a young child. ;-) The food was freshly made and gorgeous. Simple but perfect.

There was nothing to fault during our stay and we would have stayed longer if I didn't have the next hotel on our round trip already booked.

A long overdue thank you to all the staff at the Residence.
