On our arrival, we received lemonade as a refreshment. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful at reception and breakfast room. Securities were also very kind. The room was a nice size. It wasn't 100% clean if you properly check the floor. Even though you get a cleaner daily. It seemed, it was not even hovered. The bedsheets and pillow cases smelled like domestos everyday, which bothered us to sleep. I think they use lots of bleach but not fabric conditioner. People were probably smoking in the rooms and smoking was also allowed in the bar so we were smelling it from the 5th floor. Breakfast was good enough. There were same things every day but it was enough for us so I can't complain. The location was perfect, close to the restaurants and old town(medina). It was also very safe as there were so many police officers around 24hrs. Reception contacted me when they couldn't see us until 8pm. It was very nice of them that they cared about us as we were two ladies. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. I can definitely recommend this hotel and if I plan to go to Tunis again, it definitely will be the same hotel in terms of staff and location. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻
