Adalya Elite Lara Hotel - All Inclusive 

We had a truly wonderful stay at Adalya Elite Lara and left the hotel with many beautiful memories. Overall, the level of service, cleanliness, food and hospitality was excellent, and we were genuinely impressed by how much care and attention the staff put into making guests feel comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, around 35 sqm, beautifully furnished, cleaned every day and very well maintained. The beach is sandy, its beautiful, pools are also big and nice, the aqua park is separated in areas like baby aqua park, slides for kids 4-10 age, and bigger slides for persons above 120cm, which is awesome and it's not too crowded. The lifeguard really take care everyone is safe, as they are constantly on watch. Around the pool there are a lot of sunbeds, and sometimes can be a little crowded but the poll is big enough for everyone. The food team deserves special praise as well. The food was delicious, fresh and very varied, with plenty of choice every day. Our daughter could not get enough of profiteroles.😄 Every night its a different theme night with a really big variety of food for everyone. It was clear that a lot of effort goes into both the quality and variety of the meals. The whole restaurant concept is excellent. Instead of having one large main restaurant, the dining area is divided into seven smaller restaurants, which creates a much more intimate and pleasant atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Alina from the Kids Club. She was absolutely wonderful with our daughter - kind, warm, attentive and genuinely caring. It was so nice to see how happy and comfortable our daughter felt with them They really made her holiday special, and we are very grateful. The kids klub is amaizing with a lot of different activities for the kids every day. Also luna park is a great place for the kids. We would also like to sincerely thank the lifeguard and Guest Relations team. When our daughter unfortunately got a small injury during our stay ih the water park, their care and concern were exceptional. The lifeguards immediately took care of her, and afterwards the guest realtions team showed genuine kindness and concern, offering us all the help if needed. That level of personal attention meant a lot to us and truly showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities and a wonderful atmosphere. Almost every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If we were to mention one area where we felt there was a little room for improvement, it would be the reception experience. Compared with the exceptionally warm and attentive service we received from the rest of the hotel team, the interaction at reception felt somewhat more formal. Sometimes there would be 5 or 6 receptionist but no one would approach us. This was only a small detail, but bringing the same warmth and hospitality to the reception team would make the overall guest experience even more consistent. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly back to Adalya Elite Lara. A big thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us and for making our holiday so enjoyable.
