Our children liked to be here because they found everything what they looked for it. We stay at lagoon room which is decorated with bunny pictures.  We liked qr order at  snack restaurants. It was fast and delicious. We mostly used pier for swimming. Beach was clean and well cared. Service was good and staff were so kind. Special thanks to ladies who is sitting at the lobby. Thank you Quattro Family, we will se you again

Family trip

Last minute Girls (two ladies 40s & 50s) trip to Turkey. This was my third holiday of the year so we were looking for a cheeky off peak deal. We got a good price for a week mid September so booked knowing this was a family hotel (the adults counterpart was next door - way more expensive).  British were amongst the minority as the hotel had mostly Russian, Eastern European and German guests. The beach is not sandy as the description states unless you consider builders sand with stones…. It’s a shingle beach but still good and suited what we wanted. We sunbathed most days on the Pier to make the most of the cool sea breeze. The drinks were ok, like other reviews state there were some top shelf branded spirits like Havana Club rum, Aperol etc, mixed with some local offerings. The tonic was Schweppes the gin was local. Cocktails are not as described for example one claiming to contain Champage on the menu is actually made with white wine and soda water. The draft local beer is EFES which was always good. The house wine was always warm so not great if you’re into white. The food was really good and I’m not a fan of buffet food but I could always find something to eat usually from the outdoor grill area which changed daily (although was quite similar) grilled fish, lamb, beef etc. The breakfast offering was very good and we had a freshly prepared omelette most days cooked to order.
We were there just off peak second week in September and dinner was served at 7pm - the queues for dinner were long and getting a table could be difficult. I can only imagine this would be worse during peek season.  We ate at the à la carte Mexican (as I don’t eat fish) the other option is the fish restaurant. One à la carte meal is included with all inclusive 7 days or two visits if you have two weeks. You have to book this with guest services. The Mexican food was good but service was too fast. Before we had finished the first course they were serving the second and third. The food here is a set menu prepared in the beach bar kitchen and trolleyed out on an endless conveyor. There was no pacing to the service but the food was surprisingly quite good.  Overall service at the resort was mediocre and very few of the staff spoke good English but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t really need to engage too much over the week. The beach snack bar food was good and ordered via scanning the app. Service here was always fast and there was a surprisingly good selection of things on offer. We ate here for lunch most days.  Bottled water was available around the resort from glass fronted fridges you just help yourself, which I liked. 

The hotel rooms are good spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. We were in one of the Rabit warren themed blocks on the top floor. Beware no lifts in these buildings and up three flights of spiral stairs. There was not enough storage space for clothes for a 7 day stay for two people and only two tiny shallow draws. We asked for extra hangers which were delivered quickly to our room. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms just a kettle. We got some cups from the restaurant and used these as we’d brought tea bags.  The bathroom was a good size and the shower was decent. The two pools were nice and there were plenty of loungers available throughout the day by the pool and on the private section of the beech. 

One of the highlights for me during our stay was the Oktoberfest beer festival on our last day. We didn’t know this was planned (communication re entertainment was poor). It started at 2pm, the food was amazing and there was a huge selection of international beers and German inspired foods. However, greedy people kind of spoiled it for others by piling their plates high with strawberries, and how anyone can eat four dragon fruit is beyond me! 
Overall we had a great time and paying £750 for the week all inclusive was a bargain. 

If you’ve stayed with the review this long well done! It’s a bit of a brain dump so apologies for that. But hopefully it provides you some useful information on the resort and what to expect. I read loads of reviews before we booked which were mixed. I’m usually a kind of high end hotel person and I like my little luxuries as I travel a lot for work. I metered my expectations when booking this but I was pleasantly surprised overall.

Pleasantly surprised, bargain last minute getaway

Gorhem Tasan is the best waiter ever! Always smiling, very helpful, attentive. He worked at multiple bars and always helped us. He was very professional. Every hotel should have a man like him. Our vacation was grate because he was with us. We can't wait to come again!

Vacation

It was awful, I didn't expect this much. The hotel is supposedly five stars, but the employees do not deserve even a single star. The most common sentence I heard from the waiters during my stay was "Do you have a boyfriend?" The another weird thing is that they just memorized this sentence, they don't even know English. They are also constantly trying to find out the Instagram accounts of the girls they see at the hotel. The only employee I could like was a bellboy named Dogan, I gave a star only for him. All the other employees are a bunch of horny and ignorant teenage boys.

Awkward

We have been in Quattro for the second time with our family. This time we also took our parents. The hotel is really family friendly. We spend there wonderful week. It was very sad to leave. We planned a trip with our local tour operator Rainbow Tours. Regards for the Rainbow Crew working in the hotel escpecially Natalia. She was very nice and helpful 👍
We have got the perfect two bedroom apartment with a private pool. It was amazing.
The variety of food at the hotel is really great. Everything is very delicious. Everyone can find something for themselves.
We also enjoyed evening shows as well as our kids because of everyday mini discos.
The hotel has a lot to offer from great pools for kids and adults, very nice beachfront to great spa with amazing hammam rituals.
The high point of the hotel is the crew, bartenders, waiters and cleaning staff. The make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
I can highly recommend Quattro Family as a perfect hotel for spending holiday.

Best family hotel.

It is not what it's shown to be. We have been to Turkey 4 times so we are experienced. The staff can be very ignorant /rude, cups are old and weary with stains. Dinner is the same stuff every day no real variety. One member of staff in particular in the beach bar was incredibly rude to a number of people with no respect which i find unacceptable We decided to book this hotel from the videos they had posted about the hotel and how fun and entertaining it is. Every other hotel is lively after 9pm and this hotel is dead after 9pm playing the same 3 songs over again. Really disappointed as we have left the holiday even more tired than when we first arrived We come back home very  disappointed  and bitter feeling as this hotel was  recommended highly etc But for us not worth what you pay

Very disappointed

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in August 2024. First, I would like to mention the positives of the hotel. The food meets the standards, the kids’ club staff and animation team are very attentive and friendly, and I liked the rooms. As for the negatives, there are shortcomings in room cleaning. The sea is wavy and although the beach is sandy, it is not possible to enjoy the sea. The worst feature is the discrimination between local and foreign tourists and the discriminatory treatment towards Turkish tourists. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to world citizens and local tourists who are against discrimination. The bar staff are very rude and only serve those they want to, sometimes even scolding tourists. If you are sensitive about these issues, this is the wrong place for you.

A hotel that discriminates between local and foreign tourists.

We were travelling with kids (2,4 and 6yo) We had a garden house next to children swimming pool with slides. Great option! Noisy but great for children. Beach simple but clean. Hotel nice, crew super helpful. Food great! Wide choice and really delicious! Great entertainment program in the evenings. Can only recommend!

Only down(ish) side is 2 hour bus ride from antalya airport, so brace yourself

Go for it

Big selection of food and drinks, good facilities,  friendly staff, good service. I recommend it to all. I liked the turkish bath , there is good spa centre. I enjoyed the water slides at the aquapark and all the pools. 
Nearby there are many shops and stalls, also local landmarks.
