1. We checked in and was given our rooms, despite our booking being made for two standard rooms. we was given one standard and one family room and not being told at check-in.  
2. The family room's bedroom was very small, and its security was compromised due to the balcony door's inability to lock. This is particularly alarming considering the room's location on the first floor. Additionally, the absence of blackout blinds on the balcony door, replaced only by netting, is an issue of privacy and comfort. 
3. The unhygienic conditions in the bathroom were concerning. The toilet seat bore a sanitized label, yet it exhibited evidence of stained urine, and a pervasive odor of urine permeated the bathroom. What toilet were we going to use till the morning? The presence of black mold in the bathroom poses health risks, particularly for individuals with asthma. Moreover, the exposed live electrical wiring cable hanging in the bathroom is a grave safety hazard. 
The circumstances we encountered went beyond mere inconveniences and, in fact, rendered the room hazardous and unfit for human occupation.

WORST DIRTY HOTEL EVER DO NOT BOOK!

Pros:
Pools for kids is great, onsite snacks/lunch, hot & cold drinks on tap. Toilets by pools. Night shows. Friendly staff eventhough not much english spoken so communicating through google translate

Cons:
Only 2slides on adults side of pool. Repetative food, sick of fries & onion rings aftr having it 3x day! Most ther dishes suit the turkish customers needs. Wifi was good when was on levl 3 but moved rooms to levl 4 & had no wifi at all! They charge 50 liras seperatley for kids club to colour! Nothing to do apart from stay in pool all day, hotels very small. Beach is not sandy as stated on Halalbooking.com! Its stones & pebbles, went once only & was horrible! Have to walk through dining area to go up to rooms or to leave hotel. Rooms are not cleaned proply but thats when we moved up a levl, guess depends on cleaners. I wouldnt visit again.

More suited to turkish nationals..

 The food is ould  we get sik. The Beach is Very dangerous many rocks we was blending from our foot. Don’t book this hotel. It’s like one star place. Children playground is dangerous many street dogs they’re very dangerous and they don’t like children. Many street cats in restaurant area and cockroaches. Don’t go to this katastroof hotel

Very disappointed

Very bad  hotel very bad food we ended up in disaster because we getting sick in this place very bad hygiene they don’t take care of guests they are very rude to all people. We don’t recommend this place it’s very bad food very bad area we could not swim it’s to much rocks on the sea and on the beach.

Pretty much everything we would have wanted. The food was excellent, so much choice. It was nice to meet people from different countries. Good pool facilities and good location in general. The person offering the excursions (Omer) was very helpful and offered a very good service. I would recommend to families and couples. 

The only downside was the WiFi, it did not work in the rooms property. It was good everywhere else, including the pool side.  

Great Hotel

I loved it so much. The food was so good and different every day. the pool and rooms were very clean. I also loved the pool for women only. I liked the hamam to. it was very nice. the staff was also very kind and helpfull. the shows they did in the evening were also so nice to go to. I would go back for sure. 

the amazing Atlas Hotel

I liked the hotel. The staff were helpful, not much English spoken though. Safe area, no concerns. Very nice beach and lots of stuff to do. Food provided was not as expected but lots to choose from. Eating healthy was not an issue.

falsely advertised about the facilities included. I booked because of the facilities but when we got there they werent available. wouldn't class it as 4 star. not enough facilities at the hotel. Hotel manager was not cooperative at all.

very bad hotel

This hotel lacks serious quality to be called 4* and doesn’t offer value for money. Rooms are dirty, not properly maintained and not cleaned unless you really ask for it multiple times. Food is a joke, usually 5/6 dishes where 2-3 are gone and not refilled in 30 minutes. Salads and fruits are plenty tough. Also seen that staff is very rude to customers, it looks like they are not managed. 

On the positive the kids pools are nice and large, and there’s usually plenty of drinks like water/coffee/tea around the hotel. Beach and sea has pebbles and rocks so you have to be careful not to misstep. 

End result is 3* quality for 4+* money, so I’m definitely not coming back here

Not 4* worthy

Language barrier 100%. Very difficult to communicate with any member of staff. Specially we expected at least  little English from hotel manager or from receptionist as this is an international hotel. 0% English communication but we managed with google translator. Food is Okay. Could have more privacy in the beach for practicing muslim brother and sister. In beach access from neighbouring hotels makes you uncomfortable.
