A small family hotel in the center of town, the location is its landmark. Nearby (literally) are the exchanges, the pharmacy, the bank, the supermarket Migros and, of course, a bunch of cafes and shops.

It's convenient, practical, and cheap.

The rooms are very high quality: clean, plumbing is fine, the balcony with a table and chairs, plasma, safe (free). Food (people complained) - but if you can get around without sweets and natural meat - fine. GOLDNIE NOSTAINS. The meat ate. Vegetables, always tasty and plenty. The dining room at the time I was walking away was a little uncleaned, but the rooms were very clean, but there were 10 beautiful rooms nearby.

It's good for three stars!

I was at this hotel in July 2015! I read reviews, but it seems they are written by people who always get strange hotels! I will tell you briefly: 1. Population - good! 2. Room cleaning - good!. Everything else - scary! Food is missing, dirty wet spoons, forklifts! Dirty tables. Food was bought in the neighboring supermarket.

I'm not a prick, just dirt in the dining room shouldn't be!

We rested 4 people from 01.06.2015 to 12.06.2015. in this hotel - it wasn't very bad, all the current problems were solved quickly and as far as possible, staff and service were on the level, well, and the active grandmothers created problems and queues everywhere (dining room, bar, beach) - it's on the conscience of their unsatisfied desires and stomachs who rest in this hotel on the - hollow - they just don't have a conscience!!!!!

We were on vacation with the whole family, four of us, and for three stars, that's great.

The hotel is terrible. The food is not delicious. The dining room is in a disgusting state. The dishes are dirty. The pool for lilies. The laundry is stuffed.

Hotel for 2

First of all, we could hardly communicate with the receptionist as he only spoke russian. Once we entered the room and found out how terrible it was, we showed him all the broken stuff and ants running there and back on the floor and asked him to give us a better room, but all he could do was nodding as he didn't understand a single word. 

The food was horrible as well, they only provided us with lunch and breakfast, while they were said to add a supper which in this case was a plate of crumpets for all hotel guests.

On the other hand, being a poor hotel made it quite informal so the guys at the bar wouldn't mind talking to you - they apparently knew some english and they were funny to talk to. You could have a lot of low quality alcoholic drinks, get dizzy and forget about how bad the hotel was.

Anyway, I strongly recommend that you spend a little more and pick a 4-star hotel so that you won't regret trying to save money.

PS: The rafting trip is a must if you plan on moving anywhere further than the beach.

Poor indeed

calm place near deluxe accommodation but close to mahmutlar centre with shops, currency exchange, good restaurants, bazar, 5 min to the sea with undercrossing, own beach&bus stop to alanya (there is alanya festival in may). small hamam near hotel entrance, free wifi, tv (eurovision in may) & tennis in lobby, polite friendly responsive staff. hotel is not overcrouded, guests are mixed - mostly russians, belorussians, turkish, iranians.
