Don’t go to this hotel!! 

All of the bad reviews are 💯 true. I thought that people were just moaning and It could not be as bad as they have been making it out to be. I really wish I had listen to the reviews and picked a different hotel. 

This holiday I was really looking forward to.. it was a friends holiday two females and one male. When we arrived the hotel they  had told us we have rooms without  a balcony.. this was news to us as I’ve never been to a place which you didn’t have a balcony.

They  insisted that we upgrade and that we pay 40 euros each for the two rooms.. they didn’t even show us the original rooms. So we agreed as I could not of coped without a balcony.. they would hnot accept card and basically marched us down to a cash point.

So after we upgrade.. they take us to our rooms .. the first room we go to.. the bellboy opens the door and to our surprise some one was already occuping the room.. unfortunately for this poor lady she had the shock of her life and managed to slam the door shut before we fully entered.  We then get taken to our correct rooms which unfortunately smelted like someone had taken a poo in our rooms. We complained but nothing we could do bar spray perfume  and air the room.. the smell went after a few days. Another little surprise We realised there was no way to lock yourself inside your room.. the door locked but any one with a card to your room was able to get in. The rooms are very basic and very old and dated 

So on to the food and drinks.
 am not a fussy eater and I try anything once but when I read the reviews how bad the food was .. I thought just take it with a pinch of salt.. but the food was terrible for an all inclusive I’ve never had worse food..we ended up spending near enough the same amount eating out that we spent on the holiday it’s self!!

this hotel is not all inclusive.. you have to pay for your cocktails.. fresh juice and even you Lemmon and limes in your drinks. That blew my mind ..this hotel is not a 4 star more like a 2 star.

The staff are very rude and repeatedly shouted at us for asking why we had to pay for basic lemons and limes in our drinks.

The beach is beautiful but at 6 pm we had staff making us leaving the loungers and making us lay in the sand.. then bar on the beach is not part of the hotel and belongs to another hotel.. so you will have to pay for your drinks and food.
Beware of the slide it had so many people with cuts and bruises from it.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the area it is in .. which is beautiful the pool was very clean.. 

But please please if you do anything today is to take this review as 💯 true and don’t waste your money

Please Don’t go to this hotel it’s not all inclusive

I traveled here with my two small kids and I would surely recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and location great, hotel is close to the beach and public transport (bus stop right in front of the hotel) so there was no problem getting around the city. The hotel pool was clean and really cold but kids loved it anyway. The room was older but nice. It was clean, with fridge, air conditioning, fresh towels and TV with kids channel.  Wifi had to be bought extra and was available also on the beach. We had all inclusive, food was OK, often repeated, huge choice of sweets. Kids would appreciate some ice cream.

Great location

For the price very good hotel! The food could be better at lunch and dinner but the snack bar and bar in general was great. Very nice staff and they do speak english tho reading reviews before we were very worried. We were a friend group of four and had an amazing time.

Holiday

nice experience, the hotel is clean and the staff is very responsive. The food is not excellent, but you will always be full. The beer is delicious. The pool could have been warmer, but it is clean and you can sunbathe. The hotel is worth the price.

Good experience

If you’re looking for dated, dark and depressing then this is the hotel for you. Arrived at 12.30pm to check in and burst into tears when shown to room. Family of 4 all crammed into a room that was small with two single beds pushed together and bunk beds. Don’t think the room has seen a lick of paint since it opened. Curtains didn’t meet in the middle and windows filthy. Staff have to be the most unfriendly and unhelpful people I have ever met. Told no at every turn, and sneered at. We complained to our holiday rep who took notes but not a thing was done. Food basic and repetitive. Pool area clean and decent size and weather was fantastic, only saving grace of full holiday. I’ve been to Turkey twice before and love the country but this experience has put me off returning.

Hotel Saritas!! Something out of the dark ages!!

Rooms very dated, when in bed 1 night someone came into our room even thou the door was locked, keys duplicated. The 1st room we were put in the curtains didnt fit the windows complained about this said they would send someone to put up more curtains, 2 days later still waiting went back to reception and demanded a move, moved us to another room where the curtains fitted better. Food very poor seems to be the same every day, chicken in sauce, chicken on the bone, chicken nuggets, chicken with veg, are that much chicken started clucking near end of end week.puddings cakes mainly and a sort of rice pudding. Drinks were ok even thou you can only get 2 at a time in little plastic cups, entertainment was 1 night a week and the rest was music being played thru speakers from 1 of the barman phone, got a voice message 1 night, an he kept playing 1 particular song most of the time. Location is great for the beach and the Thursday market right outside the hotel door but do haggle with the stall holders 1 guy wanted 40€ for a handbag got him down to 12€. Need to pay for the Internet at 2€ per day signal good all over hotel an even down on the beach.
Be aware of the lifeguard going into the trees to have a puff of his joint, kick you out of the pool area at 6pm.

Could be a great hotel if brought into the 2020s

Hotel food was disgusting wouldn't feed that to my dog staff very rude unhelpful I wouldn't come back this hotel especially if u are English don't cater for us sleep was OK but aircon was very loud location good cleanses of room was good and the pool was fooood

Avoid at all costs

Great hotel nice and clean. Staff don't hassle you at all. Food and drinks great. Location is excellent. Own beach with clear water. Would definitely return. Taxis just oitside. Shops around the back local restaurant are also nice and dont rip you off. Dont forget to try the ice cream stand just up the road 50 lera and taste amazing. Only bad thing is I believe the bar should open later then 11pm. 

Great hotel 

Really good location, right at the sea and not far from city center of Alanya. Good bus connection. Clean room, good service, very friendly stuff. Free of charge sunbeds and umbrellas in beach. Food not bad,  could be a more various. In A-bilding is a little noisy at night because of the traffic. Good place for vacation for reasonable money.
