Hello team Xeno Hotel :) We spent great week in your hotel in september. When we arrive, young boy try to check in us (unfortunately he didn´t speak english). Everything looks ok, our room was comfortable even for three persons. And the view from balcony was very nice. In the morning, we were a litlle bit badly surprised in hotel restaurant thanks to a mess on the tables, not refilled fresh food (we was on breakfast late because of our late arrival). It´s better go early for breakfast. The beach (across the street) was soooooo good and the sea was clean :)

After first day we went for dinner with worries. However, the dinner time was the best of all our days in hotel! The drinks on the bar were very limited - vodka, vodka with sprite, vodka with orange etc. Nothing extra.

If you travel for enjoying clubs and bars, its better live more close to centre of Alanya (with the price of worse beach) or you can take a local minibus and you will be there in few minutes. This hotel is good for family with child (there is pool with little toboggan, but we never try it), child´s program etc.

What give to hotel big minus are Russians. Really.. They are pigs and so arrogant self-centred ! All hotels in this area are focus on them. The staff speak only russian, signs in russian, in the streets you can hear how they salute you, so annoying! Luckily for us, three czech girsl, the personal enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed them, trying to speak with us in english, they remember us and everyday chating, during the russian program they mentioned us and we felt really good as VIP guests. And this is for us really huge plus and that´s why we really enjoy our stay! :) Thank you and we are looking forward to visit you again in future!

Great holiday!

We´ve been here a few years ago. Hotel has the perfect location - very on the beach. Other things are not so positive. The food still the same - very poor, still the same. Very small hotel pool, but very nice beach. Rooms should be in better condition, Mahmutlar is not so old part, have no idea why it looked so terrible and smell terrible in the room. The main issue were russian guest - police every single night, very drunk, very loudly, very inapropriate behavior, which was visible also in dinning hall - they took so many stuff on the plates. All over they way it was falling down from the plate - floor was dirty, tables as well..Never again!

Not really good choice

The only one good thing here are clean rooms. No servise, no food, terrible alcoholic drinks. Administrators and stuff don't know eny foreign languages. Low underpass to rhe small beach without bar. The food is without any quality and you should fight to take meat.

Never again

I got the reservation true OLTEXTUR (Magheru Branch-Bucharest/Romania), on their promised that the Hotel is good value and along Alanya in Turkey. Everything was very very very bad, everything  means:location,food,room was terrible, the hotel full with Russians, on the reception they speak only Russian,very expensive comparing with the very poor service and food.
Food was never enough,on top of that very dirty and unsafe area of food preparation and food buffet. They gave you the food as seen in the movies (same style as in the army or world war).
This is kind of very poor Hostel in Romania (somewhere in the county side), maybe even worst. 
I will never go again in that side/area, and it is the worst vacation we ever had in our life.
