we got a room that smells like shit at first but then we got it changed, and the cleaning was not good there were dust all over the rooms and even in the pools, the food was not good.

The pool area is good with plenty of space. The waterslides are good and open most of the day(more than nearby hotels it seems. The entertainment was quite good with two very good shows in the 10 days we were there.
What was bad
The hotel could use some maintenance even if it is only 5 years old it feels run-down by now. Most pool chairs are broken. The rooms in -1 all have a bad smell with poor ventilation. We booked 2 adults and 2 children but were given 3 b
