After arrivin to our hotel after a 6 and a half hrs journey from antalya airport (its only 2hrs-driver got lost and did not know where he was going!!!) we were greeted by no one except the cleaner who was asleep on sofa. When we asked for our rooms he said we have to wait for the receptionist to come back from the DISCO!!! 
After waitin an hour-by this time very very tired n annoyed we were given our rooms. The rooms were filthy-after walking barefoot our feet were all black. the aircon did work but had no remote to use it, thus havin to switch it on by standin on a stool!!!!!
Woke up followin morning and there was no brekfast left to eat so therefore we eat out. Durin the afternoon they ran out of every drink-soft drinks, water, juice and all alcoholic beverages. 
When we went to complain to reception we jus got rudness bk, spoke to manager he jus laughed and did not seem interested!!! total joke!!
When booking this holiday (with globetravel-I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!) we were told as all inclusive there was free food, drink and entertainment....well there was no entertainment AT ALL, only entertainment was all the other bars surrounding us.
On our last day they ran out of everydrink possible again-instead of buyin more bottled water they filled the tank up with TAP WATER, yes tap water-by this time i was very glad to get home!!!
basically in all means i do not reconmend this apartment at all-STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

where do i start?????

well, where can i start... just arrived back from this place only 2 hours ago. 
We booked this trip via the internet at UKTravelshop.co.uk for a two weeks all inclusive relaxing holiday. Our holiday was sub-contracted to Hotels4U.com. This holiday costed £1600, which considering the dates, was fairly reasonable.
This is where the fun commenced.... we arrived after all night travel and 3.5 hour transfer completely exhausted at 8am, only to be told they didn't have a room for us as they had overbooked, now considering that our room was booked for 2 weeks commencing the previous night we found this somewhat odd, only then to be told we would have to stay at a hotel 5 minutes away whilst we waited for our room to be available, we were then informed that it would be a two day stay at the other hotel, but would have to return to hotel  for food, drink etc.. 
To cut an increadibly long story short, we wished we had returned home on the same plane we arrived on as after our two day stay at other hotel was over, the Begonya was appalling. 
All inclusive was supposed to include alcohol from 10.30 til 23.00... there was only three days out of fourteen they had it in stock. The meals were nothing short of slops.. both my partner and i suffered food poisoning on the 7th day, resulting in us to eat out after this as when you visit hotel restaurants and cats and dogs are begging at your table side for food, but being encouraged by "waiters", I use that word cautiously as they didnt care. Ants, spiders crawling over the tables certainly does not bode well either!!!
When trying to complain to hotel manager about problems, our reply was always "i find this strange as i have many English friends" 
Anyone wanting to know more about this hotel, which i must add is full of Russians who dominated pool loungers with towels at 4am every morning, please feel free to contact me at nufc210972@aol.com . 
I honestly recommend that should you have just booked this hotel, change it as the holiday companies did not care when we made our feelings known, the rep just told us how much he hated his job, but could get us cheap excursions!!!
