The hotel is truly the worst with extremely bad personnel and even more terrible management. The boss is rude stupid Turkish guy, who doesn’t speak even English and pretends to know how to manage such a big hotel. The hygiene is terrible, the food is disgusting. The staff steals from the rooms because they enter whenever they want.

The worst experience of my life

Friends, I don't recommend this hotel at all (Hedef Resort & Spa Alanya 5*)
. I have stayed i n 4 and 3 star hotels a thousand times better than this hotel.

1.They don't put towels in the room, you have to go and ask for them at the reception.

2.The air conditioning is very weak, and every time you leave the room or open the balcony it turns off.

3.They never clean the room. The only way they'll do it is if you yell at them at the front desk.

4.If you want a holiday standing in lines, this is the ideal place for you, because at the bar you have to stand in long lines to get your drink. I think it is due to lack of staff.

5.There is no entertainment in this hotel, after dinner you will not have to do.

6. The beach area is terrible, there is no bar there, the chairs are old and dirty.

7. I don't understand why they call themselves "5 star hotel", because the hotel looks quite run down.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the food, I liked the vieriedad they have.

Very bad and dirty hotel. Nobody knows English. Rude employees. We lost money in the room. Food, drink terrible. The pool closes at 7 p.m. The air conditioner is not working anywhere, the temperature in the reception is 39 degrees. It's 45 degrees in the elevator, the cooling doesn't work. A terrible smell everywhere

Very Bad Hotel

We booked 3 nights and after the first night we were completely ready to go. The hotel was overbooked and it was visible everywhere. The sunbeds at the pool and on the beach were all taken by eight in the morning, the food and drink ran out of tableware and there was no place to sit at meals. At dinner the first night, we waited for a free table with plates in our hands for 40 minutes. There was one pool bar in use. If you wanted a drink, you waited at least 15-20 minutes in line. The restaurant hall and bar area smelled really unpleasant, spoiled. The hotel was full of Russians. The hotel room was ok, the beds were hard and the room smelled a bit musty. Only a few of the staff spoke English. They were very pleasant, but most of them, especially the restaurant employees and waiters, were very rude. At meal time, people rushed and hoarded food on their plates. Nobody knew how to queue and wait their turn. Catastrophic. There were too few staff, because everywhere was untidy. Dishes, spills, etc. The older gentleman in the pool area who kept the area in order was a real customer service person and he really stood out. At breakfast, the coffee and juices ran out already an hour before the service ended, and no one knew how to replace the machine with new coffees. So we were left without. Food average, - what we got. Most of it we didn't, because it ended right at the beginning or we would have had to queue for separate spots, for example for the barbecue, for 30 minutes. Our children enjoyed the water slide and the pool area itself was very nice and functional. Except, of course, there weren't enough sunbeds for nearly everyone and, like other customers, they should have been reserved very early in the morning. We were shocked by the level of service, the cleanliness, the rude behavior of the rest of the clientele and we really cannot recommend this hotel to others. We thought we would have a nice relaxing holiday in an all inclusive hotel, but we were completely disappointed when we got there.

Terrible hotel
I stayed for 7 days. I even did not find to sit for eating.
Poor quality service ( foods, bar)
There are 400-500 seating table at the canteen,but hotel accepts more than 1000 guests. Because for Turkish people  this hotel price cheaper than going to restaurant.

Don't try to go to this hotel!!!

Dishonor

Hello, we came to target hotel on 18.03.1402 or 2023.06.09.
It was 3.5 hours from Sparta airport
They didn't give us a room until 14:00
About 6 hours without a room
The hotel near the street was very noisy, we changed rooms
It didn't have a safe case and the cooler was broken. We called Rozhun 100 times, but they didn't have a mechanic until tomorrow
You had to be the first to get the food, otherwise the food would run out, and you would have to stand in line for every meal
They don't make rice once or twice in a week
There is no meat at all
Low quality foods and mostly vegetables
Dirty and not well washed dishes
The soft drinks ran out quickly
Not having ice for drinks and being warm
  They have 2 bars that have very limited alcoholic drinks and do not have cocktails or whiskey
The facilities of the room were very few, there are no slippers, toothbrush, softener, and trash can, the bathroom is small
There is no internet in the room
In the yard full of lizards and insects
The swimming pool and sitting areas are far away from the rooms
The entire floor of the courtyard is smooth ceramic
Small and shallow pool
Low quality war and entertainment
It doesn't have clubs and discos, and it doesn't have play equipment
At night, the area of Shaiba Bazar Hotel is very ugly and cheap
The behavior of the hotel staff is insulting. I fought with them several times
The sheets are wet and dirty and smell bad
The bathroom floor is full of water and cannot be used

On 10/05/22 we were settled at the Hedef Resort & Spa. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. The carpet in the room was never cleaned, the bathroom was never cleaned.

All public places were cleaned very rarely, the floor was dirty everywhere, the dishes left on the tables on the floors stood for half a day. Dead insects could be found everywhere. Carpets and upholstered furniture with traces of spilled liquids.

For two days, one of the distributions smelled of sour fruit. Many dirty glasses, met with fingerprints and lipstick marks. There were also spoons, forks, plates with food leftovers. Tables after vacationers were not cleaned for a long time, they stood with the remnants of food. Forty minutes after the start of the restaurant, clean glasses and cups were running out, there was nothing to drink from.

There are many broken sunbeds on the beach. Absolutely all the mattresses were dirty, especially after the rain. They were never wiped off. The beach itself is quite dirty, it was not cleaned during the course.

ABSOLUTELY ALL the machines in the gym were broken. The treadmills have their control panels torn off, the ellipse has its pedal torn off, the exercise bike has a broken saddle and panel missing. On the rest, the cables are torn. Only the bar remained intact.
The dressing room is very dirty. The lockers are smeared with something, they have no locks. In the hamam, one table is cold, the others are too hot, it was impossible to lie on them. The towels provided were dirty and torn in places.

There is absolutely not enough staff. The service is non-existent.

The guide said that this summer the hotel was supposed to close for renovations, but the owners decided not to. But it was still sold as a five-star.

There are photos confirming these facts. As a result, in order to receive the required level of service, we were forced to purchase accommodation in another hotel and move out of Hedef Resort & Spa.

I think that the hotel does not correspond to the declared level of service quality and the declared services were not provided or were not provided in full and in quality.


 We had to leave this hotel

The worst place ever. Stayed there only for two days and switched the hotel. 

The list for this review is very long:
- terrible rooms
- the hotel was very old
- wifi working only in the lobby
- TERRIBLE FOOD 🤮
- only two persons spoke English

so I won’t continue, also me and my friend swore to never mention this hotel’s name ever again!

0.5 star hotel. Worst place ever!
