Good points, clean, nice room (despite my balcony only 8 feet away from building site), but nice pool etc, that's kinda it.... Now, Bad points!! Too many to list, but I'd paid all inclusive, 2 weeks, cheap enough but now I know why!! I read the bad reviews before but thought, surely it can't be that bad. Yes, all reviews spot on... Food, the pits. Had deli belly for 4 days, so did my friends. Left over vegetables from previous day served for breakfast. I mean, cmon, who wants sprouts for breakfast. The lunch and dinner was like something out of, celebrity jungle bush tucker trial!!! Lift the food lids up, everything either under cooked, or unrecognisable what is actually was. The salads however looked great, but nothing labelled to tell you if spicy, meat, or vegetarian. So if your a food lover, you'll have to eat out. Avoid the butter sachets, 3 of them were mouldy....STAFF, rude (apart from Orhan on reception, he was lovely, and helpful) but the rest of them, unpleasant, rude, aggressive, jumped up and arrogant. I've been to Turkey before and never encountered this before, but this hotel, the staff were making everyone miserable. Bar, closes bang on 10, lights out, so we ended up going to local shop to buy beer. Ask for 2 drinks, one for you, one for a friend, staff bang their hands on counter, shout loud no, asking you to leave!!! When challenged, nicely, they escort you to office and call the police so he warned. We all played by the rules, were not loud, nor drunk but we were all made to feel like naughty school children for asking for 2 drinks, albeit they come in small plastic beakers... Pool, closes at 5, told to vacate pool and loungers at 5pm, or they will hose you away... This place all in all, if you like food, don't eat here and don't go all inclusive as seriously, it's not worth it as your better off going self catering and go out for food and drinks as its far cheaper and better quality outside this place... Final comment, 6 of us were sitting at the bar table, we had 8 drinks on the table. One member of staff counted the drinks, said too many, took one away, snatched one out of a guys hand, stormed off and poured them down the sink. We were all scared to answer back, because if we did, they would call the police. Petty, pathetic staff need a lesson in hospitality as this is not how to treat paying guests. Never in my whole travel experience I have encountered such bad, rude staff so be warned folks. I'm just being honest and I never complain, but this is my first trip advisor review because I'm simply appalled and hoping you look elsewhere for your hard earned holidays x

Not 4 star... Avoid.. Staff rude

Not really sure where to start... Good points ( not that many)...
# Nice room, in a week the cleaners came in once to leave me clean towels but not take the old ones away.
# Nice pool, the floor around it is very slippery when wet, so many people nearly fell.
# Met some lovely people - Friends for life.
# Beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are bars and shops about 10/15 minute walk away.

Ok.. That is it for the good.... No the not so good.....

# 3 hour transfer from the airport.
# They do not cater for the English in regards to food, No toaster for the toast in the morning, no labels so you know what everything is, cold veg for breakfast.
# The pool bar shuts at 10pm every night (if you are lucky and they do not want to finish earlier), they limit the drinks to 1 per person even though everyone I met there was all inclusive.
# Most of the staff were rude and not very forthcoming, the bar/restaurant manager was the rudest if I'm being honest.
# WIFI costs about 17 euros for the week and it is not that good signal to be honest.
# If you needed more toilet roll or anything clean like towels or sheets then it seemed like a chore to them to give it to you.
# No entertainment for the kids other than 10 minutes in the evening, No snacks for the kids, everyone was going to the shop next door for ice cream and crisps.
# No entertainment whatsoever other than the same 5/6 music pieces played every day for about half and hour.
# The slides were only on for about 10 minutes every hour.
# Not hotel related but the police were called on a couple of the days I was there and there was people doing naughty things in the pool of a night time!! Jeremey Kyle comes to mind.....

I did go there with no expectations and I wasn't expecting a lot for the money I paid but there are limits I think..... Polite staff for a start and food people can actually eat.

The sun was HOT and the people I met made the holiday.. My first time and last time there though.

There were some good points so I’ll start with those. 

•the pool/slides were nice and clean. 
•the rooms look as in the pictures. 
•it’s a short walk to the beach 
•shops and bars nearby. 
•staff came and cleaned when we asked. 
•one member of staff was very nice and polite. 

And for some of the bad points. 

•the room wasn’t clean (we had used toiletries and stains and our feet were black)

•building works next door (which is not greenlife’s fault but our view was a giant pile of rubble)

•the food was diabolical (curried cauliflower for breakfast and the likes) it isn’t catered towards the British and people with children really struggle. 

•WiFi wasn’t cheap and didn’t always work. 

•the staff seemed very short tempered but guests were often very rude to them to be fair. 

•the bar closes at 10pm, but limit drinks at 9pm causing chaos. 

•the police were called out multiple times. (Not the hotels fault as the clientele that were there at the time were very “Jeremy Kyle” 

All in all it was not the best holiday, but we ended up meeting some really good people and enjoyed it in the end but do not think we would return as we spent a lot more money than we usually would having to leave the hotel.

Far from the best.

I had an outstanding 5-star spa experience at the Green Life Hotel in Antalya. The massage was exceptional and definitely value for money. The friendly staff made the experience even better. I've visited many 5-star spas, but this one exceeded my expectations, thanks to the incredible staff. I walked away completely happy and relaxed. Special thanks to Alp, who sold the package to me, and Berfin, the excellent therapist. Highly recommended!

5 star experience

On arrival I checked in and was given my room key went up stairs to the room to find my door was open when I looked all the lock was bust hanging out of the wall I went to explain what I had found and they said I should put some furniture behind the door as they could not move me to another room that night, there was also no lights on in the hall way it was in darkness, the weather has been great the pool is nice they do not cater for everyone the food is very poor the staff are very rude cleaners never came in to clean the rooms never any towels or toilet roll and when you asked they would say no, there is no entertainment in the hotel they play the same 5 daily songs throughout the day the bar shuts at 10 and drinks are limited then they will turn the lights off and ask you to leave if you want a peaceful holiday with your family do not go this holiday was the me and my nephew but apart from all the above I have met some amazing people In the hotel who are also on holiday THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE THAT IS BRITISH.

I wouldn’t go again

Start with positive room and pool clean weather beautiful  now the negatives this hotel does not cater for English tourist I read review after I booked it but still came with an open mind after all people like to complain but I honestly wish I had listened the food is just Turkish food no English we ate out every day and yes I know we’re in turkey but the hotel are quick to take our money so every guest should have food they like I’d have settled for toast the staff are ignorant the surrounding area is like a building site rubbish all over nowhere close by if you have booked and are able to swap do so worsted holiday I’ve had

On arrival given room that stunk of stale sweat and was roughly only 5 meters away from construction site, 
Room changed with some persuasion.
Rooms and pool are generally clean thats the only plus points i have.
Staff rude and condescending , dont like to see you having fun.
Food terrible .I had to eat out last 2 days good job i had money.
Drink service terrible.
Witnessed holiday makers refused even soft drink after making complaints (basic human right) in 40c
Lights turned out at 10 leaving people in bar area negotiating steps and obstacles in dark (health and safety) 
Member of staff that does the secure box in room tried to see the number we entered.
Room door left open by cleaners next day

31 sunbeds to 121 rooms ? Work it out yourself, even then they tried to take one off a woman as she was using it so they could copy the design?
Management greedy and slimy in their approach.
4 stars???? Joke i wouldnt give them 2 , you even have to pay for wifi 15 euro a week 
Please please please don't waste your time and money, worst holiday experience ever.
Avoid at all costs.
Stay elsewhere.

Hotel from hell poor stars not 4 stars

I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked but I’ll start with the positives. The room was lovely short walk to the beach and the pool was also very clean and really nice however what lets this place down is the food. The food is horrific for an all inclusive. There was nothing that me or my toddler could eat. They didn’t even have any toast for breakfast. If you are looking for a good all inclusive do not go here as the food is inedible but apart from that it is an okay hotel but definitely not four stars.

Aviod Avoid Avoid... This has got to be the worst place I've ever stayed in my life 😡 it states to be a 4 star hotel it's absolutely not.. It's max a 2.. The food was inedible from the five trays you could pick from.. They served the night befores tea for breakfast.. I had to eat out most meals... Trays off sauces an salad to make it look like it was more than what it actually was.. Not a piece off toast or any think like that.. The drinks were limited no snack bars no refreshments through the day.. The rooms werent very clean... Beds dirty no fresh bedding or towels the whole week I was there... Staff not at all helpful if not rude on many occasions... Love holidays rep wasn't the least bit interested that the service they offered wasn't what was provided 😡😡 they cut are wrist bands off at the time off check out even tho we had all day left... Came and poured are drinks away even tho we got them b4 the 12 o'clock check out time... They only turned the slides on as and when they felt like. No entertainment what so ever!!! It was like a zoo through the night... No night staff to control guests one young very scars lad all on his own... Oh yes and it's 15 euros for WiFi in a so called 4stat hotel 😡😡😡 I could go on and on!!! Shocking shocking shocking 😡😡😡

The worst food and drink at any hotel  I've stayed in turkey .well that's when they hadn't run out of the 3 choices you have of spirits and 1 beer.closed bar at 10pm. I thought the cleaning lady was nice until she went mad about some pebbles from the beach when the boys took their shorts off.no toaster in restaurant, no entertainment. When they give you a drink it was tiny so I asked for 2 and I bought my mixer from shop as theirs was warm and out of bottles. There was nothing nice apart from the clean rooms.managment are so greedy .also they only put the slides on every so often. So boring for children.
