Very helpfull and friendly staff
The hotel had a good location (in a nice neighbourhood, near the metro).
The staff was very friendly and helpfull (They really were very kind with us and help us to buy our ticket to Goreme).
The room was also good, although a little bit run-down.

We stayed at this hotel because we were unexpectedly stuck in Ankara overnight.
Pros:

Good manager, good English skills
Close to shops/restaurants
Cons:
Stinks
Old
Noisy - especially when you have a romping couple next door, grunting and groaning
