Top hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from every day. The entertainment options were fantastic, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

Very nice hotel!

The activities were amazing. Ayse the Fitness instructor was incredible. From water aerobics, to Zumba to Pilates Ayse will get you moving with so much fun. The food was amazing, the staff were so helpful and the entertainment was so much fun

Who thought exercise could be so much fun

The water gym and Pilates with Ayse was amazing, she is the BEST Instructor! Hotel is great, the entertainment is amazing and great vibes! The food and drink tastes great and there is no such thing as not enough. The service is great and staff are all so friendly

Hotel amazing!

We had a great holiday at this hotel, exceeded our expectations! The service, food, bars, rooms, staff etc cannot be faulted. We particurlarly appreciated the lack of formality, ie, can walk into the restaurants without having to give room numbers or waiting in a queue, no stuffiness about dress code & no issues with sunbeds. It was a relaxed resort that ran like clock work and we hope to go back again. Only one minor issue/suggestion is that there were hardly any lamb dishes at lunch or dinner, which was unusual for turkish cuisine. All the red meat was beef, or the staff were not sure. If this could be remedied it would ve perfect!

Great resort

Not our 1st visit to this Hotel, we came in 2019 and absolutely loved it. Yes the hotel has changed in 5 years, as all places must. 
Still an amazing hotel with 5 star amenities and staff, the entertainment team, Sunay  and Arif and also Basak in particular try hard and go above and beyond to make everyone feel relaxed and welcome. Nothing as too much trouble from any staff at all.
The food has been fab with plenty of choice for all.
If your considering this hotel, don’t think any more, just book it :)

2nd visit to this great hotel

We have just arrived back from Baia Lara and had a wonderful 11 nights.

I am a very realistic person when it comes to writing reviews, and I will give all the good points and what we (and others) feel are the lower points.

GOOD POINTS:

Very friendly staff! Adil in the dining area is just a brilliant waiter and it was like visiting a friend every time we saw him! He really looked after us and we will always remember him and the service he gave us!

Vedat in the Sea Lounge Bar also deserves a huge shoutout for looking after us every evening! He remembered straight away what drink we ordered the night before, even though it was busy, and that really meant a lot to us. Throughout the rest of our stay, he sorted our drinks and made sure it was him serving us, as he knew what we liked and how we liked it made!

The hotel itself is very clean and constantly being tidied and swept, which shows how much pride they take!

The entertainment team is brilliant, constantly getting people up to do things and making them feel a part of the hotel with pool games. In the evening, they get people up dancing!

The pool is massive and very warm, which is nice as there is nothing worse than jumping into a freezing pool.

Lifeguards are always around, making sure people are behaving in the pool, especially at the Aqua Park.

The drinks are premium, which makes a huge difference to enjoying your holiday with the proper stuff!

The afternoon snack area is brilliant with lots of choices, all fresh food, and very attentive staff serving you drinks with a smile, even though it is boiling hot!

Lots of sunbeds are available, so there’s no need to get up early and beat everyone, as you will get somewhere with ease!

The spa and gym facilities are very good! I had two sports massages, which were excellent! The gym has lots of equipment to use!

The beach is kept very clean, with someone always keeping on top of it! The sea is lovely and warm, and so nice to swim in!

Lots of entertainment in the evenings, whether it is someone singing or a show! We were very impressed and really enjoyed the retro evening as well as the black and white party!

LOW POINTS:

The room was cleaned every day, but it was very dusty from the day we arrived and was never dusted, which you could see on the panels and sides. A few people we spoke to said the same!

The main restaurant food in the evening we found quite poor, and it was the high level of service from the waiters that kept us happy.

The variety of food was quite poor and very much the same (even on the themed nights). It’s very stressful in there as we found some people were very rude by cutting in front of you or just walking into you. If anything, it is just too busy around 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm.

There was little to no information on the other À la carte restaurants, to the point we did not even know where most were. We could not understand the 25 euro per head price to cover drinks. The one we did find was always quiet, which clearly shows that it does not work. In our opinion, they should let guests staying for a week or more use it once. Other hotels we have visited in the past have always let you use the À la carte restaurant once during your stay, and if you want to go again, then you are charged. This would take so much pressure off the main restaurant and the stress of walking around trying to fight for the food you want!

The hotels next door are very loud (not Baia's fault, of course), so when you are trying to sleep, all you can hear is the hotel next door booming out music, which is very difficult to sleep through!

The lifts can take some time to come down, and it’s not clear where the stairs are, which would be much easier to use!

If you go out of the hotel, the shops are hard to browse in as you get pestered to go into every shop and someone follows you around, which is a huge put off and just adds stress. Again, not Baia's fault but just to be wary of!

If you book with Tui, then be prepared not to be met by a rep at any point from when you get off the plane. You have to try and find someone who just points you to the bus area, which is a bit of a trek. We had a minibus take us to the hotel, and when collected, there was no rep. Again, nothing to do with Baia, but just good to know so you are prepared!

Overall, we had a great holiday and would not hesitate to come back in the future and would highly recommend it!

This hotel has been our home for 10 days! Everything about this hotel has been fantastic!! The food is amazing with plenty of variety, something for everyone! We’ve eaten at the buffet and also the a la cartè and loved it all!!! 
The sat have made us feel very welcome every day and done far more than needed. The entertainment team are brilliant and work harder than ever. Sunay, and Arif made sure
Everyone were included and never stopped trying to keep everyone happy. There’s has been entertainment every day and evening!!!!

We will be booking again that’s for sure!!!

Very nice hotel and welcoming staff! 
The food, entertainment and service are high organized. 
The best location and easy to reach the airport. 
I loved the spa section, they have very nice massage therapists.

Lovely hotel & atmosphere!

The hotel was very nice, we liked the food and the rooms very much. We would like to thank Serenay Pakize and Sude, who took care of our children one by one. They do very nice activities, they are cheerful and get along with the children, thank you, we will come again next year.
