Hotel tres sale. They wonder if the hotel employees are not tourists like us. Two worlds of difference between photos and reality. incompetent incompetent staff incompetent incompetent. The rooms a long history. Breakfast and 8 to 10 if you have the misfortune to come at 9 am it's over you can wait until noon!!!!. Between us you don't miss anything Ah no I forgot hotel 4 starters no lunch and dinner weird. It may be dinner but he has to ask the cook if he wants to make a lol. run run run run run.

Horrible hotel.

Club Casmin Hotel is a hotel in Iskenderun Turkey, aka Hatay. You can get there by booking a flight to Hatay Province Airport then taking a 1 hour taxi to Club Casmin Hotel.

Alright, me and my dad and my brother arrived there. It was all good, they gave us our room and took us there and I loved it. There was the beach, the pool. So, since it was like 1AM we slept for a while, then they told us breakfast is ready downstairs so we went downstairs and had some breakfast, the breakfast was alright. Traditional turkish breakfast. I enjoyed it, it was tasty.

We then decided to head to the pool, which was beautiful. I really enjoyed that part too. There was a kids section, and a adult section. There were slides and they were alright and fun. So after we went to the beach which was dirty but it's a beach... The beach is meant to be dirty.. People do have dirty feet you know. 

Anyway, we went onto the beach and just relaxed but I enjoyed the pool better. But I thought I was swimming to much, so I went to relax at the bar. Had a coke and chilled for a while, I went back up to my room to have a bath and get changed, it was meal time. Like I said, traditional turkish food which I enjoyed. So I ate and went back up to my room then watched some TV. I requested my orange juice and stuff it was all good. 

The next morning I had to leave for my flight, they had helped my pack my bag professionally and carefully which was actually very helpful of them. So, thumbs up to that. When I left, I was sad aswell. I enjoyed it too much, haha.

Summary: Amazing hotel, great customer service, clean and fun outdoor activities, they also host weddings there just to let you know.

Club Casmin Hotel | Review

I stayed in many hotels during my trips.This is by far the worst I have seen.There is no housekeeping.When we checked in,our room was not correctly cleaned.There were missing things.During our three days stay noone entered our room for cleaning or changing the towels.Everywhere in the hotel you get just bad service.There is no communication under the staff.I can only say dont waste your money by staying here.

Terrible hotel

I can only tell you about the water park. The entrance to it if you don't live in a hotel is 20 liras a week and 30 liras on weekends, but you can also agree on 15 liras. The pool is quite clean, the beach is dirty, you don't want to go out there at all.

Having booked a room a few months in advance, arriving on the spot we are asked to pay the full price of the stay, I have never seen this in any hotel, welcoming us like this is scandalous! the room is small and the bathroom is very small, it is not worth the price, we are given the room with no view of the naked sea on the pool, we have travelled with a baby, they have no bed in this hotel or a baby chair for breakfast, anything to plan is even!!! they have no microwave to heat the bottle, the maid didn't come to clean during the entire stay, every day the pool is full and there is never much room for the outsiders to go back into the pool, because they were never getting married, but it was never too difficult to get out of the hotel, and it's also very difficult for me to find a professional person who would never come back to the pool, because they were never too busy, and it was too difficult for them to get out of the hotel, and it's also very difficult for me to get out of the hotel, and it's not too difficult for me to find a professional person to go back

Well, WIFI has got big problems. Beach is really dirty. Pool is a bit dirty too. Rooms are cool. Air conditioners inside 'em. You can have fun with your family. Lil market next to hotels entrance. Lobby looks old. Musics are Turkish. 

Kinda good. 

The hotel is the most famous in this area. It's on the seafront. I don't know how to get there. But there's a water park. It's not big, but it's wonderful. The entrance is 15 lire for non-residents, including children. And the menu with a hamburger and a sauce will cost you 15 lire. It's very clean.

While we were waiting for the ferry to Israel, we got off at this hotel. Hotel and rooms, and it's good and safe for the area. Several teams were here. Rooms ok. Breakfast good. Syrian refugee families, but very crowded. Probably one of the best hotels outside Iskenderum.
