We had a wonderful stay and left the hotel extremely happy with our experience. Our room was excellent — very comfortable, clean, and overall the quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was another highlight of our holiday. Both the buffet and the à la carte restaurants were fantastic, with a great variety of delicious food throughout our stay. What truly made our holiday special, however, was Serhat. He was genuinely one of the most attentive and thoughtful members of staff we have ever met. What impressed us most was his ability to understand what guests might need simply by being observant and attentive, often before we even had to ask. He was always friendly, professional, kind and ready to help. We can honestly say that Serhat played a huge part in making our holiday so enjoyable and in us leaving the hotel with such a positive impression. A very special thanks to him for his exceptional service, professionalism and genuine hospitality. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would happily return. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
