Very welcoming very friendly staff who have your best interest at heart, clean rooms. Up to date rooms, everything I needed and more. Air con was amazing, Booked last minute, very good price, close to everything I needed I can’t recommend this place enough lovely xx

Warm and welcoming for a young solo traveler

Our stay was relatively ok. Staff very helpful and attentive. The issue was down to cleanliness. There were 7 of us altogether. Sinks/shower areas not cleaned properly. Floors not washed. The surrounding area around the pool never washed down or swept to clear the leaves. The walkway through  to reception was really dirty (we had to complain about it before any of this was addressed). The various cushions to the large sun loungers at each end never ever made comfortable at the end of each day or even in the morning. We were there for 10 days those cushions remained flat and uncomfortable. No supervision !

Disappointing

I booked with the sister company via Booking.com and a couple of days later I cancelled with FREE cancellation 
 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my money back...over £1100!  and Blue Bay Hotel told me I had to wait as other people were waiting for refunds longer than me!
Avoided this hotel and Museum Hotel and Spa unless you want to be ripped off! 
Booking.com have been really unhelpful so far and do not reply to emails or messages. 

Be warned! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely horrible! It’s not an adult only hotel! Lots of screaming kids by the pool. Extremely loud! There was no water to shower on the first day . Water runs poorly through shower head. No pressure. No place to open and put your luggage. I put mine on the bed to get my stuff out. Falsely advertised. NO INTERNET! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Worst of worst

An amazing boutique hotel directly on the beach.  Right in the throng of Bitez. So, if you want to dip your tootsies in the water from a sun lounger.  All is within the art of the possible.  As long as it's yours! :)  Beautiful central pool area, excellent maid service & modern contemporary rooms at affordable prices.  We were amazed at the level of service, standards vs price.  Keep this standard, & price,  you have hit the sweet spot.  A* We would highly recommend this hotel in the beating 💓 of Bitez.  

The REAL Turkish Riviera 

Advertised as adult hotel - it isnt!!!  Rooms very small,  not great standard of cleanliness.  Good location on beach.  I was only there for 4 days, would have moved if booked for longer.  Many much better places in Bitez.
