The coolest bar and music ever
What a beautiful setting, funkiest decor very chilled 
Will be back when we visit Bodrum again and will look at the hotel too

Perfect surroundings

The hotel is very clean, close to everything, prices very convenient and above all the atmosphere is beyond amazing.
The garden of the hotel has great vibes so peaceful and relaxing.
The owner Mustafa is very lovely person so helpful and generous.
I definitely recommend without a doubt.
PS: Mustafa speaks perfect English and it was very helpful in communicating.

I am still staying here but can't wait to give a good review. Location could not be better, the owner is efficient and friendly, my apartment is more than spatious and clean and great for a long stay. All very practical and could not imagine it better! When I return I hope to stay here again🙂

Location, location location - perfection! Great team, everything you need is in there! Had such a great experience. Basic but perfectly formed charming room!
Lovely family business, beautiful courtyard for homemade organic breakfast, it's directly opposite a fantastic restaurant Nazik Ana.

Kaya Pensiyon, Bodrum.

This simple but friendly and clean pension was just what we were looking for.  The proprietors were lovely and hospitable and served a nice breakfast in the courtyard/bar area.  They were a fount of info including good restaurant recommendations.  We will return to this excellent value gem!

Hopspitable, good value pension in excellent location

Pros: access, wireless, clean, warm enough water.
Cons: no breakfast available, noisy at night.
note: more expensive than presented quality.
Staffs are polite, there's everything available nearby, near to Bazar, Old Castle, Port, Bars and etc.
