Terrible hotel dirty unorganised had to move rooms 4 times due to dirtiness and broken things in the room ants nests and dead bugs no shower on the wall I had a nine month old baby they took hours to give us a cot for him he had to sleep in the pram the tv would turn on high volume at 5am in the morning and many more things worse thing of all the ran out of chlorine for the pool and didn’t tell us witch mad my baby very ill with sickness and diarrhoea you can see the difference in the colour of the pool in a number of days and the hotel will not respond even after 3 months of me trying to get a refund

Terrible experience. Ruined vacation.
We ordered an upgraded triple room. Upon arrival, a family of 3 put us in a room with one and a half single beds. Room no. 613. A dangerous cable was sticking out instead of the TV, there was a hole in the refrigerator, and no towels were found.
In the middle of the night, under the threat of the police, we got room no. 113 for three people to sleep.
Pillows without covers, smelling of urine, bedding dirty, used before. There are not enough beds by the pool, the dining room is dirty, there are not enough cutlery. The photos do not correspond to reality at all.

Terrible

Booked this hotel and they charged us twice then cancelled our booking. Have not answered our emails or calls. Have not refunded us. We have now found out they have closed, or are in the process of closing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

CHARGED US TWICE. NO REFUND.  HAVE CLOSED DOWN

Sheets and pillow were dirty, room smelled after cigarettes, balcon door was broken and couldn t bei closed safely, shower was damaged and rusty, toilett broken, there was now safe, fridge, tea and coffee as discribed. For the complaint, the Hotel Manager didn t have any time and never called back, neither was ist offered another room as a solution. Because of these bad experiences, we decided to leave after a horrible night. We didn t get any reimboursement. The conclusion: Museum Resort Spa is the worst Hotel i ve ever been! Don t go or you ll regret it

Worst Hotel experience ever. So disapointing

We booked for 1 night stay on Booking.Com for 5 adults & 1 child. I received confirmation that the booking was confirmed & that all requests made via Booking.Com were accepted. I received an email confirmation that no CC payment was needed and that it will be handled by reception on arrival. I also received a booking ref & pin.  After driving 3 hours to get to the hotel with a 77-year-old guest with mobility issues & a 10-year-old autistic child we arrived at 3pm (check-in 2pm) we were told by the receptionist that the rooms were not available & would only be ready at 6pm as we had not made payment.  We also requested a family room with step free access & we were told that there were no such rooms although it was confirmed on email & Booking.Com app that the request was accepted. We tried to contact the hotel to double check all was good, but the mobile no was switched off & we were unable to make contact. We called a generic number, & we were told that the hotel would call us back but the failed to do so. The receptionist, I believe her name was Aya was arrogant, abrupt, unprofessional, & unwilling to offer any help or assistance. She failed to accommodate any of the requests we had made on Booking.Com. We asked to speak to a manager & we were told the Manager was not available however the same receptionist was in & out of his office getting his advice, but he was not bothered to address our situation. I was extremely embarrassed in front of my guests & other people in the reception area as the situation caused somewhat of a scene. I decided enough was enough & booked another hotel nearby immediately & thankfully we did find something for the evening. Also, I needed to use the restroom near the reception area as well as our elderly guest. The disabled toilet was locked & out of service, the regular restroom was filthy, stank of sewage & there was no hand soap. The entire lobby area was filled with cigarette smoke & staff were sitting chatting, smoking near the jewellery shop in lobby area.  Do not be fooled by the hotels page on any online page.

Terrible arrogant, unprofessional, uncaring service!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in all of my 35 years of life. Rooms were filthy , bedbug and cockroach infested. No kettle in the room, previous guests dirty toiletries and empty bottles left in bathroom. Have to fight with reception for fresh towels and you need to pay for it. Changed rooms 4 times in a week. First time they gave a double room when we paid for a family room of 4, second time the bathroom pipe busted and both bathroom and room were flooded. Third time bedroom flush stopped working. I’be genuinely never left a bad review for a venue before but this time was unreal. Please do not be deceived by the hotel images and save yourself from the worst experience of your life.

Worst hotel ever!!!!! Needs to be closed down!

On arrival, my family and I were led to a filthy room, which stank of cigarette smoke.   The customer service was appalling, and the staff were young and disinterested. When we booked and paid "fully inclusive,"  we got a list of things such as balcony, mosquito nets, wi-fi, hot water, etc.  We rarely had hot water. We had no mirror in the bathroom, so shaving was a challenge. We had no balcony, and the wi-fi was poor and rarely worked!  We booked this through booking.com, and the photos and things we were promised were lies and totally false.  It almost ruined our holidays and we couldn't get out of this place fast enough.  I just want to add that this is my 4th time to Turkiye, and I never had any problems before.  I love Turkiye and Turkish people.  I love the culture and food, and hospitality.  But the owner/manament of this place should be ashamed of themselves.  It's not a hotel per se, more like 2 story chalets, with none of them overlooking the pool, and most of them in the shade with no balconies. In 10 days, I would say I had 6 cold showers, and to make it worse, the Internet was down most of the time.  I should have read the reviews beforehand, which I didn't.  Avoid this place at all costs! 

Spoiled Holiday

Booked to go to this hotel as the reviews seemed very good just glad we got it at a discounted rate as it wasn’t as described. Many bad points
- Check in shocking arrived at 2pm after a long day travelling and told room not available due to technical issue, kept going back throughout the day and told the same thing finally managed to get in our room at 9pm with no apology and no management to be seen and rude staff that laughed in your face
- Told we had to pay extra for wine and cocktails and only vodka and gin available the soft drinks were flat and all drinks were served in a small paper cup
- Room - holes in walls, hairs on the bed, biking.com said kettle and mini fridge had a kettle but no cups and wouldn’t give any, random people using key card accessing our room at 12:30
- WI-FI doesn’t work other than on reception 
- Food very bland and very repetitive  with not much choice just chicken rice and salad, not even a toaster at breakfast 
- no other seating area than the restaurant so in an evening if you didn’t go for tea at 7pm you couldn’t get a table as no one moved.  No nighttime entertainment which is fine but AI finished just before 10pm queue or not 
- Bar staff very rude spoke very little English and would happily serve other nationalities even when pushing in the queue
