What was good

The room was very clean and well maintained. Everyday housekeeping did a perfect job and when we came back from breakfast which is an amazing buffet, the room was like the first day checked in. Hotel Staff were very helpful and friendly. and Especially Ms Asli was very helpful and gracious in time of our stay. and All the Spa staff were serving with high quality and trying to help with top level. We were very happy with the hotel only not because of the facilities but the Staff. The reception staff was a little bit unpleasant, I don't know why but the other staff rather than the Reception staff in the hotel did not make us think about this unpleasant situation. This was the only negative thing about Almira Hotel. Our Experience with Almira Hotel was the first but not last. Thank you, Ms Asli and all the staff in the Spa (we couldn't catch their name but we mean that Spa receptionists and masseur girls). Room Service and Restaurant's food was perfectly tasty. The room was very comfortable. and bathroom is well organized with a large space. Housekeeping did a perfect job. Thanks to all the ladies in Housekeeping team Ms Asli and all the Hotel Staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.

What was bad

The reception staff was a little bit unpleasant, I don't know why but the other staff rather than the Reception staff in the hotel did not make us think about this unpleasant situation. This was the only negative thing about Almira Hotel.
