We've reserved a deluxe room by calling the Hotel directly, for a the weekend of St. Valentine's. Reservation canceled by them later on the grounds "price given was not right". Just poor management, displaying a lack of customer appreciation.

I booked the hotel via tripadvisor. And the price there was 3 times higher than on google maps. I was told of that by my partner. +300tl instead of +100tl. 

For this price we expected a spacious, clean room, preferably cosy. The minimal requirement was to be clean. 

The result we got was lower than the expectation for the +100tl price, not saying about for the price we actually paid.

The toilet is so narrow, that you in a usual position can no reach sink, toilet, shower. We went out to the room out of the bathroom to use the towel after shower. In order to wash face, you have to put your head between the shelf and the sink and show some acrobatics movements, not to spill water to the floor from a tiny sink, and nit to hit your head on the shelf. 

The walls are think and the doors have visible hoes, hence the you could hear everything happening in the next room and the hall.

When we came back to the room after a few hours leaving, we felt a strong smell from the bathroom (seems like canalization issues) 

We both slept 3-4 hours that night. This is the main critical point. We pay for a night to stay, the bed was broken, not horizontal, the bed linen did not feel fresh nor clean, it had some odor. 

There were plusses: balcony with a nice view(which did not close and which was connected with neighboring room, hence no feeling safe and impossibility to leave any pricey personal items in the room.

The reception and rooms are both clean. My stay was average. The staff doesn’t know how to smile and they don’t know what does customer satisfaction is. They really ruined my stay. I recommend this place for someone doesn’t care about customer service if someone cares about smiling employees & welcoming. This is not the place that you want to take your family to...

Unhappy staff

The place is nice, away from noise. But i dont recommend. The service doesnt suit for a historical island. Yet, it may be visited with your boyfriend. Bathroom is extremely small even though it was deluxe room. The trip was lovely anyway. 

Cozy but lousy

We are at this hotel now, and it is everything we read about, near the strip but away from the noise ,lovely clean pool nice rooms and the staff are lovely and attentive without hassling you, Joseph the bar man and memo (may not be spelt correctly) and reggie cannot do enough to make your holiday great, will definitely return for a relaxing holiday
