Dropped in for chips and beer by the river… 175L.  Great front row seat of the river to watch the sun go down.  Very friendly staff who can’t do enough to help you.  We also looked at the hotel rooms which are very clean and well appointed and a decent size.

Lovely location for a quiet drink

We have never resided at the Myra Hotel but found it while looking for someplace to have a quiet drink in comfort.
The Myra is perfect.
Small and comfortable situated on the river bank directly opposite some rock tombs.
There is a nice terrace and a small jetty and we were always able to get a table and seat or a lounger.
We started out visiting in the afternoon simply for a drink then went on to having light meals.
Meals with fresh ingredients is the norm for Turkey but in the Myra they were exceptionally good.
Lovely staff who always were friendly and welcoming.
Looking forward to visiting it again in 2020.

Absolute gem of a place.

We stayed there for a few days and really enjoyed the location. It’s a beautiful spot for watching the world go by and swimming in the river. As some people have said, the rooms are quite basic but it’s still really good value and the breakfast is nice. The staff and family who run the place are friendly but also respect your privacy. We would not hesitate to stay there again and it’s very good value.


Gorgeous setting 

We had a great view of the caunos and you can even see the caretta. Direct location in the city and also the boats picked us up right from the hotel. The rooms were overheated. We only had one double room with air conditioning that wasn't enough to cool both rooms. In the other room we had to take off the couch and make the beds ourselves. We didn't receive a gentleman and said that at some point we needed your help with the suitcases  ♀️ payment only in tea! After arrival we wanted to eat and drink what was possible. The staff were busy with themselves in the bar and had their stumps on the terrace because they had to sit on the terrace so you have to sit as guests and make the beds.

The hotel is ideally located, with a great view of the river and ancient tombs, very good and very personal service, good rooms, very good breakfast and dinner at affordable prices.

Very peaceful place to stay where you are left to your own devices. Friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. You can swim in the river right from the guest house steps with an amazing view of the ancient rock tombs directly opposite, and it's also a lovely place to stay at night for a drink right by the river. The location is not directly in the center which is an advantage as you escape all the noise, however the walk to the center is a mere matter of minutes. 
Breakfast is the usual traditional but has little variations almost every day and they sell their own bottled pomegranate juice which is reasonably priced.
Our room was simple but spacious and clean.
Overall a very pleasant stay!

Peaceful and friendly with amazing view

This hotel is beautiful! The staff are friendly and helpful and always smiling. The atmosphere is relaxed and the rooms, although basic are clean and welcoming. I will definitely be returning and I'm hoping it will be sooner rather than later.

A beautiful stop for rest and relaxation 

It has an amazing view of the historic monuments. Location is perfect with a riverside cafe. They also do a delicious homemade breakfast, not to forget the owner's kind attitude and advice regarding the local attractions.

Great view and breakfast 

We're coming here for the 5th time...😊a cozy, nice, peaceful and happy small guesthouse(11 rooms)...the staff and the hosts are very friendly and good people😊we feel like we've come to a very close friend😊so if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and have a wonderful holiday with your family then we highly recommend this guesthouse!!!you will definitely not regret it!
