Absolutely loved our stay at Ekin Pansiyon. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the ocean, comfortable beds, good shower. The owners Yusuf & Ali go the extra mile making you feel really welcome. We opted to have dinner and Yusuf cooked up a storm, his breakfast was also one of the best Turkish breakfasts we have had with some lovely homemade preserved fruits & olives. 

Look no further!

We have visited Kekova many times on day boat trips but this was the first time we have stayed in Kekova. Ekin Pansiyon is basic but very homely.Our hosts, the brothers Ali & Yusuf are very hospitable and we were upgraded to a larger room. Yusuf likes to cook and we opted for evening meals at the Pansiyon on two nights of our 3 night stay. Reasonable price and good mezzes. Adequate buffet breakfast with homemade preserves. Ali and Yusuf are keen walkers and the Lycian Way is close-by.A boat trip is a must or alternatively try the  kayaking. There is a lot of historical interest around this small village.

Great Waterside Chillout

We arrived in Ucagiz without great expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and basic, the view was beautiful and the aroma of blossoms from the garden was amazing.The pension is run by two brothers who are extremely knowledgeable about the area. They gave great tips for our two day excursion. The breakfast was fantastic, the jams were all home made and some of the best I have ever tasted. The hosts helped my 4 year old son pick mulberries from the garden and answered all of his zillion questions.

Excellent hospitality

This should be your rest stop in Ucagiz. Basic, budget, very friendly, clean, and relaxing. I stayed here with my girlfriend on the Lycian Way hiking route, and this stop was exactly as we envisioned - no fuss, large double bed, good wi-fi, large hot shower, fresh food. Thank you!

Best place to stay in Ucagiz

Our stay at the Ekin pensione is memorable for its awesome location (in Ucagiz) and very nice owners, who cooked the meals and once drove to an adjoining town to give us a ride home.  The rooms are quite basic, but clean.  Each room had its own covered porch area which came in handy when packing for the day and from which to hang our laundry.  We stayed two nights and were treated to grilled chicken on one night and whole white fish the next.  Breakfasts were made special by the inclusion of home-cured olives and fruit compotes made from the garden.

Great hosts, hospitality and location make up for basic lodgings.

Basic budget pension right by the water in sleepy little town. We were the only guests and the owner was very friendly, even sharing some of his home cooked dinner with us. He helped organise a good-value afternoon boat trip for us in a lovely boat with a friendly caption.
There's a lovely view over the sheltered bay from the somewhat run-down roof terrace. However it wasn't quite as quiet as we thought it might be at night due to noise coming across the water from yachts moored in the bay.

Basic but friendly and great location

Stayed here in a  three person room (had four beds) just a large simple white box,  very big for turkey,  with ensuite shower (very large) and AC. Food is typical for area and very good,  everything fresh.  Restaurant area has a roof top area which is lovely but basic.  Whole village is a five minute walk from end to end.  But there must be 10 or more restaurants. Menus don't vary much so just pick one with a great setting! ?
