Poor hotel at all☹. Its like a 2 star hotel .There isn't air-conditioning in the room , Old furnishers ,  Toilet and bath not realy clean they colored the bath 🙄🙄.
Breakfast was very low. Only tea. There is no coffee or milk . No cornflakes for kids. 
Location wasn't very good . It was far frome the city centre.  By minibus it takes 20 minutes.  And 9 Turkish lira. 
By taxi you should pay 140 Turkish lira 😱😱. 
The pool you can use it until 3 p.m . 
 I do not recommend this hotel. 

An old Hotel

This is in a beautiful location on the lake with fine sunsets. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The lounge areas were spacious. There is a large pool and tables around it. Along a pier is a bistro, and this is licensed - however the bistro and the main hotel have separate accounting systems so you cannot charge a drink to your room.  Breakfast is good with freshly cooked options, and is in the bistro. Our two evening meals were taken in the adjoining restaurant - we did not enjoy them - a lot of local dishes but no choices, poor service and cold main meals sow e went into the city for our third meal.

Excellent location; good rooms

i have stayed two nights with jolly tour and didn’t like the cleaning of the room (esp bathroom; beer spillt into minibar by previous guest,not cleaned and room was smelly),restaurant(dirty plates,forks,glasses) and although food was tasty, set-menu mezes and main dishes were not enough(one small dish for 6people).Location is good, attitude of the people at reception and restaurant was so kind&helpful but hotel in general hasn’t got a professional operation.i would rate this hotel a max 3star.

absolutely not a 4star hotel

We stayed in this hotel in early August, chosen according to the reviews, but they are very old, today the hotel is in very bad condition. We had 3 bedrooms, the bathtubs were painted the broken tiled bed that must be 20 years old, in short it is no longer like in the photos, no beach for the lake east in a pontoon, the photos are misleading.

3 nights van

Turkey has a very good hospitality in every field and this hotel does not disappoint in terms of anything. Starting with the room we had everything we needed even more so than other places we have been, we had an excellent view and very very nice clean and well furnished room. We simply cannot ask for more. Every staff member was very helpful with anything we asked for -excursions, taxi and others. The things we ordered came within seconds and the staff was always polite and smiling. The food was tasty and the hotel is overall peaceful so we had everything we needed and we had a very needed rest from all the traveling we did before that. We had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back one day. Our vacation was the best, really.

Fantastic view, hospitality ,tasty dinner and breakfast and Turkish coffee , I think I am lucky I stayed in good condition room . I would like to say Thanks to Mr Recep and cook Murat

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms overlooking lake which was amazing. However the hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel. Even not a 3 star hotel. This is totally misleading for travellers! Rooms are small and look dated with almost everything broken including dirty shower (picture attached), barely working faucets, not working ceiling fan(they supplied standing fans). No air conditioning in 30 centigrade it is not acceptable. My family and I could not sleep in hot temperature with a standing fan. Staff could not communicate even one word in any language than Turkish which made communication impossible.

İt is worse then 1star hotel
İn Turkey to go to 4 star hotel and to get such kind of service it is really awfull
İ hope the owner will read this notice and try to change these wrong things

Awfull experience

The hotel has had its best days, which is visible in many places, but still retains a little of its former glory. The price was sensational, so I don't want to complain about the little things. The breakfast was excellent, it is served in a pavilion overlooking the lake.

Fantastic View of the Lake

Because of the cancellation of a flight the airline took us to this hotel to host us for one night. It will also be true that donated horse is not looked at in the mouth but the living room in this hotel was hallucinatory. The room was very cold and despite the heating turned on it stayed on all night, they brought me a stove after many insists, and to be able to turn it on they used the decoder so that the television could not be turned on again. In the bathroom the situation is rather degraded and the hair dryer socket is dangerously detached from the wall.
