The reception staff was friendly, explained all about the hotel and we received complimentary fresh cookies, thank you! The deluxe room was spacious with the arm chair to sit on, bathroom nice and shower great. Complimentary bottle of water in the fridge, however the freezer was very dirty (from some spilled drink,perhaps?) and it was definitely not checked by the housekeeping prior to the check in. The room we've got was facing the street and was extremely noisy until very late hours and at night so we couldn't sleep well, the mattress on the bed was not comfortable either. The breakfast terrific, lot of choices and very delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful.The parking by the hotel is always full, however, there are additional spaces just walking distances from the hotel and is included in the room rate.

Above and beyond. All the staff smiles. What a difference it makes when everyone is happy to be there. The room was great and comfy. The breakfast that was included was absolutely outstanding. Seriously one of the best hotel breakfasts that I can remember. Great place and the only place you should stay in Edirne. Great price too.

Top place in Edirne!

I visited Alan Suit for my business visit in Edirne. The hotel staff were very helpful, all rooms are clean and tidy, also new. When you have a request from the employees, they help you immediately. How will visit to Edirne,  should stay here..

Quality service and in the comfort of your home

One of the best hotels in Edirne. Very good food, fancy restaurant, very clean room,  spacious (we booked one for 2 adults and 1 child and got a nice apartment). The only disadvantage was that our room had a street view and was a bit noisy becsuse of tje traffic. Excellent value for the money overall. 

Very good services

Checked in the hotel. Ac had problem did not work properly as well as with strange noise. Walls are very thin you can hear the next room. Every time people pass from corridor like they walk through your room. You take shower water comes in to bathroom my wife almost fall down. On top of cake like cherry there were ants in the room. So simply it took 30 minutes for us to leave the place and nobody asked any question by the reception why we were checking out after 30 minutes. Went somewhere else to get real rest.

Dissatisfied!

The room was good, clean, the service personel was very friendly. The variety of food in breakfast was very satisfying. The only bad thing was the walls were very thin, you can hear people talking in the net room. Our room was looking to the corridor and each time someone passed the light was lit up and disturbed us.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights it was a late check-in air-condition in the room was not working they refused to charge the room very ignorant staff couldn't sleep all night room was like a oven left in the morning went to another hotel.
I will not recommend this hotel even to my enemy

Terrible

We were 4 couples on a shoping tour in Edirne, that stayed there and I have to say is was absolutely great value for money. The location was very good, bright and cean room, very comfortable  bed and pillow, the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious and great variety. When we visit Edirne again we Will defenitely stay there again.
