For two nights we booked this hotel just to sleep there. It's simple, bright and clean. For the three bedrooms we paid an unbeatable 280 lira with breakfast. It's a little far from the center, has its own parking space. Unfortunately, you can't buy coffee in the hotel. An additional ceiling and towel we got right away on the room.

I had stayed this hotel only one night.
Hotel was new opened ..
Good furniture.There is Tv has only many national channel.
There is no Refrigator and no air conditioning..
İn the bath clean towels, Hair dry,always hot water and  Shampoo, body lotion.
The wifi has a problem in spite of every  floor has own Modem.Wifi Signal was poor from my room.
The crew were very kindly and helpful.
Breakfast included the price.Not  open buffet  and very poor.
Hotel is 2,5 km away  from City Center.I had parked my Car A hotel has a Private parking area..
I went downtown by tramway  that station is app.200 meter  from Hotel and center is only 4 station ahead.
There's a market near hotel.You can find everything..
 Price stability was excellent quality .



CLEAN  HOTEL

To avoid it altogether when we had booked five months in advance with a negotiated rate we arrived on the spot the rates had increased but the point is that we still had to revise the rate for Thursday and Friday of the week because those days were holiday and the rates tripled. We explained to the receptionist that it was not the rates at the time of booking they didn't want to know anything about what it was basically to take or leave. So we decided to leave the hotel two days after we arrived on the day of our departure the receptionist refused to give us lunch because he knew that we would be upset about the hotel when we had a small lunch.

To avoid absolutely gitmeyin

Rooms are very clean, new furniture, comfortable beds, wi-fi is good - needs password connection -, free parking. Breakfast is pathetic, awfull, cheap... Location hard to find if you don't have a good GPS

The hotel wasn't found right away. The navigator chased. The bathroom was nearby. It was very noisy. But inside the building and the room didn't feel that way. The hotel was either new or freshly renovated. The room was on four simple beds in a row in a long room. The cabinets and side tables. A comfortable chair and a small table were quite enough for us. The spacious bathroom. Everything was conveniently located and in good condition. Not far from the old area. We were on a car-walk about 2 km. On the other side was a wonderful children's park, just as far away. Unpleasant. They asked us to pay one for entrance.

Practically spend the night on the road to the sea

Without a navigation device with a good TR card, you will never find the hotel. On the outskirts of the city, near the subway, close to the university, this completely new house is located. Its own parking lot, however, is not closed. Quiet location in a clean residential area. For a city tour, it is still recommended. If you take a walk later, you will see a sign to the hotel. The price is TL 65,00. At our bill, TL 70,00. Why? Because we have booked online!!! Shopping opportunities from the hotel on the left, staff on the left and/or right are supermarkets etc. In the recipe, you will have very little problems with the English or German language. Please note, depending on the age of the visitors, that you are not booked on the 3rd floor, to the foot.
