Casa Roja is unfortunately a little bit tired and dirty. Such a shame. The views are spectacular and the host very charming. At 110 Euros per night per person i dont think its budget either. Our room was as advertised and to be fair the shower and bathroom unit was very clean. The communal areas however were not. The seats were dirty with dust and footprints on them. They were worn as well. The table tennis table was also very unloved. Warped and left to fade away. As such downing tools and relaxing was not a pleasant experience. In addition the path lights to the cabins weren’t working. None of the above couldn’t be fixed very easily. I just don’t understand why it hasn’t been. Plenty of people working there who could attend to it but just haven’t. Disappointing sadly. The food was mixed. Breakfast better than dinner. Supper fairly average save a really nice tomato salad. As mentioned the host was charming. So close to being unique but just needs a bit of a step back and some quick effort to address the cleanliness and tiredness.

Tired I’m afraid

This place, the staff, the owners and the rooms were superb. It is a truly wonderful place to stay with amazing views, excellent hospitality and the warmest welcome. Tasty homecooked food and felt part of the family for our whole 5 nights stay. Highly recommended to anyone.

Perfection!

Every now and then I am having a wonderful  experience with amazing service with delicious home-made food by Kamil&Reyhan. It is such a cozy place and they are extemely friendly. We absolutely love their hospitality 💚 if you are a nature lover pop in and get pampered 
I will keep bringing friends and family 😀

Amazing experience at Casa Roja

We found Casa Roja through a friend. At first we just wanted to spend a couple of nights there but decided to spend a whole week. The price is for half board and the propreitor cooks up a storm for breakfast and dinner. The meals are traditional Turkish, sumptuous and delicious. The dining area is the main terrace of the hotel and we ate our lavish meals overlooking the sea with views all the way to Rhodos. Spectacular sunsets as the place faces South/West. 
Our room/bungalow was equipped with wi-fi and again a wonderful view of the sea. Simple but extremely clean. Although without TV, telephone or hair dryer (you don't really need it at the time we were there). We had a large balcony fitted with sofas, and of course the view. The property is in a very quiet spot, so if you are looking for a place away from the madding crowd, which you find all along the coast, you are in the absolutely right spot. Shady olive garden, with day beds and sitting areas, pine-tree forests and a 10 minute walk to probably the quietest access to the sea in the region. Lovely crystal-clear, amazingly aquamarine sea at Aktas Beach with a restaurant run by Fatih who'll serve a barbequed catch-of-the-day with salads and chilled beer or whatever. View again amazing. Solitude and peace. 
Selma and Mehmet spoilt us right through the week. Service was friendly in a family-like atmosphere. We were lucky to be the only ones there as the place was booked out before and after we left! They are both most willing to help out with anything including driving you down to the beach (we prefered to walk the 10 minutes down and 15 minutes up). The area is also very good for walking and trekking, exploring the region on foot.

Fantastic views, delicious meals and excellent and friendly service.

I visited casa roja on 20-23rd August with a friend. It was a real experience, indeed. Being in the middle of nature, listening to its voice and being in the same tune with mother earth. This is the exact definition, I suppose :) well, if you need a sandy beach, you won't find it. but, a clean and silent place to swim, that is what you will find. the owners are a couple and they really want you to make happy. warm, clean and coosy casa roja has warm owners. and the nights!! that beatiful, marvellous night sky! no words to describe it. prices are OK depending on the area. It is 15 minutes ride to Blue Lagoon, if you want. So, this was my first time, but surely, won't be last. Every year a week in casa roja, a week in somewhere else. thanks guys for everything. (but you must plant more flowers, I want to see them next year) 

3 days in heaven

Asuman insisted to spend few days down there at Casa Roja Faralya and she managed to convince us and we went there for a quick gateway in August 

The place was quite unusual and out there in a very positive way 

The owners were extremely into the hospitality from the heart and they meant it 

From the moment of the reservation until the time of departure everything was taken care until to the smallest details 

It's not a Ciragan Palace but much warmer and genuine then that !

Super clean and well organized rooms, spring smelling bed sheets , super yummy food, knowledgable employees come in cute place 

If you want to get a royal and efficient service in a friendly environment and pay a very reasonable price , this is the place !!!

Too good to be true 

The days I spent in Casaroja (Faralya, Fetyihe), were truly a “heaven on earth experience”. Watching the sunset from the porch of my bungalow, enjoying the wonderful food our lovely host Selma served (if I remember her name right) made me say: heaven must feel like this. 
Selma and Memet -really friendly and helpful couple- are running the place, personally taking care of everything to make sure that their guests are enjoying the every single moment they spend at Casaroja.
Our hosts apparently paid attention to every details when they built this place; very clean, nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable rooms with WiFi and air conditioning. Wonderful view too. Casaroja is overseeing the adorable Mediterranean, surrounded by the mountains and wood where you can take your morning walks to feel refreshed. The place is just three minutes’ walk from the sea. 
By the way, they have a lovely kitchen garden in their backyard where they grow their very own cucumbers, tomatoes etc and I still remember the taste of the salad a la Turca Selma made with those fresh vegetables: great!! And what about the Turkish breakfast they serve: nothing but just perfect!!!. You can have your dinner and lunch at Casaroja’s little & cute restaurant which also has a wonderful view.
I highly recommend Cajaroja if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, yet enjoyable holiday. I wonder how it feels like spending some time there in the autumn and winter. Next time I will try this.

A heaven on earth

After spending four days in Kabak Koyu (Fethiye, Muğla), I decided to visit Faralya, (also in the Lycia route) which is a less known place compared to Kabak. With an advise from a friend, I stayed in a boutique hotel Casa Roja Faralya. In general Faralya is less crowded and thus much more silent and peaceful compared to Kabak and Casa Roja is a hotel which successfully adopted itself to the peaceful nature surrounding it. The hotel is run by a lovely young couple who really do their best for their guests. Rooms are very comfortable, have great view and very clean. Food is really good. Also, if you are one of those kind of people who like to read in your trips, you can find silent and chilly places under olive trees in the hotel. You can be sure that you will not be disturbed by low quality pop music.
