During my winter break from my work, I wanted to take my mother and siblings to a quiet, cozy place to spend our week that is also close to the sea, and Lale Apart was the perfect fit. With a big garden, clean, big and comfortable rooms, chickens running around, and Dany the dog being the cutest, it was everything I could ask for and then some. But the biggest reason to stay in Lale Apart is its incredible owners Özcan and Çiğdem. They made us feel like home, and I’m planning to spend my summer vacation there as well. 10/10, would recommend.

One of the best aparts I’ve stayed with my family in Fethiye:

On placing my reservation, it transpired that the address is for Calis Beach. No accommodation by this name (Calis Holiday Homes) was present on google maps. Tried to call the numbers provided multiple times to no avail. Spoke to Expedia Customer care for 4+ hours with no help. Added the number on whatsapp and got a reply finally. The place was named Lale Apart Fethiye (and pictures sent were different to those advertised on expedia) which is 1.7km from Calis Beach. The exterior is magnificent and the pool is superb. 
Initially, I was refused payment by card and the host insisted on cash. As I was prepared to leave, I was allowed to pay by card. For those wanting to book - please beware towels, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toilet roll etc are not provided. And the host was arrogantly condescending - seems they would prefer hosting local Turkish people than foreigners.
The 3 bedroom duplex apartment was on the 2nd floor. As you enter, it had a lounge with open plan kitchen. The kitchen had a gas stove. There was an empty gas lighter and the hostess refused to refill or provide a new one. No oven/grill is available. There is a large fridge and a washing machine. A very nice balcony looking out onto the pool. On the same floor, there was a bathroom that had a stand-in shower/toilet/basin, a room with 2 single beds and a room with a double bed. Aircons in all areas. The stairs then led to an attic room which had 3 single beds and bathroom (this smelled damp+++ and unusable). There was a balcony and aircon.
I liked the exterior and pool but most definitely won't return due to attitude and lack of hospitality.

Substandard.

The Lale Apartment (self-service!!!!) is a very beautifully designed facility with a beautiful garden around and a large swimming pool. We had a whole household with a total of 5 rooms over 2 floors. All apartments are equipped with a washing machine. There is no washing machine and coffee machine cheap, but you do have 2 healthy hands and our coffee machine cost 15 euros (Marcel)!!! Receiving German TV channel a bar. Everything is very spacious, bathroom is very small. Everything in the nearby area is very accessible. We recommend that you rent a bicycle from the nearby area.

Not on the beach - but we were very happy!!!

We stayed here in March so out of season but the apartment was a good size, clean although basic.

No towels provided but there was a washing machine. The only negative was that there was only hobs to cook on, no oven.

The staff seemed friendly although we didn't really talk with them. 

We had a car so it didn't matter that as it's a little way out from anywhere though probably only a 10-15 minute from Callis beach. 


Nice 

Lovely apartments in a good location, easy 15 min walk to Calis beach, 5 min walk to the small supermarket. Dolmus goes past the apartments to take u into fethiye. Very clean and modern apartments, quiet and well kept gardens. Didn't use the pool as went out of season but looked lovely too, second time of coming to the lale apartments and will definitely be back.

Great value for money

1st apartment was nice clean an done standard of appliances were good. What was not so good : location a good 30min by foot to the sea. No welcome pack  as described, no hair dryer. You have to pay for all the electric you use whilst you are there separately and they demand 20 to 50 lira deposit. No towels provided you have to get your own ??????. We had to move apartments as the rain one day flooded the electric's. We were moved to another apartment only to find to our joy electric showers there instead of the solar powered ones so we at least we could shower everyday.
